• IIM Ahmedabad normalises the AR score of candidates. It is done by dividing the AR score of candidates with the top 50 AR scores from the applications pool. 
• Next, candidates are shortlisted for the next stage of IIM Ahmedabad admission criteria i.e. Analytical Writing Test (AWT) and Personal Interview (PI) by considering the Composite Score (CS) of each candidate. The CS is calculated as follows:

CS = Application Rating Multiplication Factor (ARF_CS) * Normalised AR + CAT Multiplication Factor (CATF_CS) * Normalised CAT score overall

ARF_CS is considered to be 0.35, and CATF_CS is considered as 0.65

Final Selection

PIF is considered as 0.50, AWTF is considered as 0.10, CATF_FCS is considered as 0.25 and ARF_FCS is considered as 0.15

Final Selection

Candidates who are selected for IIM Ahmedabad admission in MBA FABM programme need to submit documents and pay fees. It must be noted that candidates need to submit IIMA MBA FABM fees and required documents within the stipulated time frame given by the college. 

The college offers admission to one-year full-time Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX). IIM Ahmedabad admission to MBA PGPX is done based on candidates' score in GMAT/GRE and a personal interview conducted at the college. IIMA offers admission to the MBA PGPX course is done in three rounds. Candidates can fill the application form during any of three rounds.

As per IIM Ahmedabad admission criteria, candidates must have a minimum of four years of work experience. Further, GMAT/GRE score should not be less than five years old.

e-Mode Post Graduate Programme is a two years online course. The college provides flexibility to candidates as they are given an extra year to complete the programme. The aim of the IIMA ePGP course is to impart management education and skills in working professionals.

The eGP in Advanced Business Analytics (ABA) is a 16 months diploma programme for working professionals. The college accepts GMAT/GRE/CAT/GATE scores for eGP ABA admission. IIM Ahmedabad also conducts ePGD-ABA qualifying-cum-aptitude test for admission.

IIMA eGP ABA admissions are done in two rounds. Candidates can register for any round depending on their convenience.
