Step 1: Make sure you are eligible for the Rajasthan Technical University Kota course you are going to apply for.

Step 2: Visit the official website of RTU Kota and click on the “Admissions” button in the website's top right corner.

Step 3: Now, choose the admission process your course requires you to take. For example, REAP is used for undergrad admission to the B.Tech programme at RTU Kota. Admissions for M.Tech. programmes at RTU Kota are made through CAM, and those for doctoral programmes are made through RTU DAT.

Step 5: You will be redirected to the RMAP  (Rajasthan Management Admission Process) by clicking on the link. Click on the “Dashboard/Registration” button to begin. 

Step 6: Now register for a new ID by entering your Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, Email ID and Mobile Number. Don't forget to set a strong password for the dashboard.

Step 7: Pay the RMAP 2023 application and registration fee. Online payments for the fee must be made with a debit card, credit card, or net banking. Remember to take a printout of the RMAP 2023 fee payment. 

Step 8: Now go back to the login page and use your credentials (form number and password) to log on to the Dashboard.

Step 9: Now fill out the application form and enter all the required information, like personal and academic details. Then upload your recent passport-size photograph and a digital signature in the dimensions mentioned on the website. Once done, click on the submit button.

Step 10: When the application is submitted, the college choice filling form will be generated where you need to choose the colleges you wish to apply for. There is no upper limit to the number of colleges/universities you can choose. Make sure to choose RTU Kota. 

Step 11: After making your selection, submit the form and take a final printout for future reference. 

Step 12: The seat allotment list is published on the official website, and candidates are assigned seats based on the preferences they entered and a number of other variables. Individual candidates' seat allotment letters are also made available online on the official website. The seat allotment letter must be printed out by candidates and brought with them when they report to RTU Kota.

Step 13: Candidates must report to Rajasthan Technical University Kota when the online seat allotment process is complete so that their documentation can be reviewed. Reporting is a necessary step that must be finished before the deadline to avoid the candidate's seat allotment being cancelled.

RTU Kota B.Tech Seats

REAP (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process), a coordination agency for admission to B.Tech/B Arch in Rajasthan, handles admission to the various branches of RTU Kota B.Tech programmes. The RTU website has a link to the REAP webpage. Candidates from outside Rajasthan may also submit an application through REAP for admission to their outside Rajasthan (OR) seats. But Rajasthani students would be given preference over those from other states.

There is no age limit for applying for REAP 2023. Candidates must have obtained a passing grade in class 12 from a recognised board or have passed the Diploma in Engineering and Technology exam. Candidates must have scored at least 45% on their class 12 exam. Candidates from the special category must receive a minimum of 40% marks or must have obtained an Engineering and Technology Diploma with at least 45% marks. The required minimum grade for SC/ST/non-creamy layer OBC/non-creamy layer of Rajasthan State is 40%. Candidates must have passed the class 12 exam with Physics, Mathematics, and one of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or a Technical Vocational subject as required subjects.

RTU Kota B.Tech specialisations

Candidates who go through the Rajasthan LEEP are given admission to the RTU Kota B.Tech programme through lateral entry. Candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% overall in their engineering diploma from an AICTE-recognised university with mathematics as a compulsory subject in order to be eligible for LEEP. Candidates from Rajasthan who are SC/ST reserved candidates, Non-Creamy Layer OBC, or Non-Creamy Layer MBC, must have received at least 40% of the total marks. Candidates who have earned a B.Sc (Mathematics) from a university that has received UGC approval are also eligible to apply for admission to RTU B.Tech lateral entry under the Rajasthan LEEP 2023.

RTU Kota B.tech Lateral Entry specialisations

Rajasthan Technical University Kota MBA admission: RMAP (Rajasthan Management Admission Process), a coordinating organisation for MBA admissions, manages admission to the MBA programme in RTU Kota. Candidates need to apply for RMAP after making sure they are eligible for it.

RTU Kota MBA admission RMAP eligibility criteria: The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of study and at least 50% overall. Candidates from reserved categories must get a minimum of 45% in their overall grade.  First consideration is given to applicants with current CAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA/MAT/GMAT 2021 scorecards, nevertheless.  The applicants must be Indian nationals in order to be considered. The eligibility criteria for RTU CAM 2023 is that the candidates must have obtained their B.E./B.Tech degree from RTU or another recognised university. Additionally, those who have earned credentials by passing exams held by organisations accredited by UGC, AIU, UPSC, or AICTE. Candidates must have passed the qualifying exam with at least 55% of the possible points, or 6.25 CGPA on a scale of 1 to 10. A minimum of 50% marks is required for SC/ST category students to receive a 5% relaxation.

RTU Kota M.Tech specialisations

RTU Kota MCA admission is done through CAM. Students need to apply for CAM 2023 and will get seat allocation depending on various factors. To be eligible for CAM, candidates need to have a current GATE score with a relevant subject from 2023. The University will determine what degrees are equivalent to entry into the MCA programme.

RTU Kota M.Sc admission is also made through CAM. Students must apply for CAM 2023, and seat allocation will depend on a number of variables like exam results, domicile, and more. To be eligible for CAM, candidates must have a recent GATE score from 2023 in an applicable topic. RTU Kota M.Arch admission is made through the CAM process. For CAM eligibility, candidates must have earned a B.Arch degree or its equivalent with a minimum grade point average of 50% (5.75 on a scale of 1 to 10) or, in the case of SC/ST candidates, 45% (5.25 on a scale of 1 to 10). 

The RTU Kota PhD admission process is conducted by RTU DAT (RTU Doctoral Admission Test) whose notification is advertised in the month of June/July every year.
