SHUATS admission 2024 to the diploma, UG and PG courses is granted based on the results of the SHUATS Online Entrance Test (SOET) and offline/ online counselling. For all academic programmes, a single online SHUATS application form is provided on the university’s official website. Some of the popular courses in SHUATS are D.Pharma, B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Tech, M.Sc, MBA, PhD, etc. Admission is strictly based on the SOET exam and merit based counselling conducted by the university itself. SHUATS Admission Process in Details

SHUATS admission process begins with registration for SHUATS Online Entrance Test (SOET). Once registered, candidates can then directly fill in the SHUATS application form. Candidates must ensure that they are eligible for their chosen programme at SHUATS.

Step 1: Candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria as stated by the university to proceed with the SHUATS application process.

Step 2: Candidates have to then register by providing their personal and educational information.

Step 3: They shall receive their unique SHUATS registration credentials via SMS or email. 

Step 4: Using those credentials, they have to log in again and fill out the SHUATS application form online with details such as personal, academic, course, exam city, etc.

Step 5: Following the completion of the application form, candidates must pay SHUATS application fees of Rs 2,000 online via credit/debit card or net banking. 

Step 6: Candidates have to take SHUATS Online Entrance Test (SOET) on the prescribed date. 

Step 7: After this, candidates are shortlisted based on the entrance exam results and a merit list (Christian and General category) is created.

Step 8: Those who qualify are then called for the counselling process. 

What is the counselling process of SHUATS Online Entrance Test (SOET) 2024?

SHUATS Allahabad conducted its own counselling process after the release of the merit list on the basis of SHUATS Online Entrance Test (SOET). Candidates who successfully qualify SOET  are called for counselling. Here are the steps regarding SHUATS counselling process:

Step 1: After the release of the entrance exam result, the official website of the university published the merit list of shortlisted candidates.

Step 2: Candidates must enter their login credentials and download their scorecards which include All India Rank (AIR), percentile, and sectional and overall scores.

Step 3: Candidates who qualify SOET are considered eligible for SHUATS counselling process.

Step 4: Selected/ Qualified candidates then have to go through the document verification process and seat allotment.

Step 5: After successful fee payment and submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI), admission in SHUATS Allahabad is granted.

Step 6: Lastly, the examination conducting authority provides a different merit list for each course at the conclusion of the counselling procedure.

SHUATS UG Admission 2024

SHUATS eligibility criteria for UG courses are determined by the candidate's merit from their last qualifying examination. They must have passed the 10+2 level with a minimum of 50-60% marks, this may vary from programme to programme. SHUATS selection criteria for UG courses is to take the SOET examination and go through the merit based counselling. SHUATS selection criteria for PG courses comprise the entrance exam scores along with the merit based counselling conducted by the university itself. To proceed with the admission process it is necessary for all candidates to meet SHUATS eligibility criteria for PG courses. The eligibility criteria may vary. How to Apply for SHUATS Admission?

Step 1: Visit the official website of the university (shuats.org).

Step 2: Register yourself on the admission portal for the SOET exam.

Step 3: Fill out the ‘Online Application Form’ from SHUATS admission section.

Step 4: Pay SHUATS application fees of Rs 2,000, online. Other modes of payment are not accepted.

Step 5: Take a printout of the filled out application form and payment receipt for further reference.

SHUATS Application Fees

SHUATS application fee is the same for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. It is also the same for all the student categories (general/ reserved). The payment of SHUATS application fees is to be done online only. Other modes of fee payment are not permitted.
