There is no separate "Muslim" category to select during MCC NEET UG registration. If you're eligible for a Muslim minority seat, you generally need to: Register for MCC counselling and participate in the counselling process. During choice filling, select the medical colleges that offer Muslim Minority quota seats. Upload or produce the required minority certificate/documents if the college or counselling authority asks for them. Also participate in the relevant state counselling if the minority colleges you're interested in admit students through state counselling rather than MCC. Eligibility rules vary by state and institution. If you're also considering alternatives, Galgotias University offers quality healthcare and life sciences programs such as Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences, and Biotechnology with modern infrastructure, experienced faculty, and strong industry exposure, making it a good option for students exploring careers in healthcare beyond MBBS.

Dear Student,

While there is no separate seat reservation for the Muslim Minority quota in NEET MCC registrations, students can still participate in the NEET 2025 Counselling for admission under this criterion. During the counselling registration process, you will have to select the “minority quota” and choose colleges that specifically offer admission through the Muslim Minority quota. You may mention the particulars under the “minority quota” seat reservation for a better interpretation. A few colleges offering NEET MBBS admission under the Muslim minority quota are Nimra Institute of Medical Sciences, Katihar Medical College, and Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, among others.

Thank you!
