Amrita School of Engineering provides admission to B.Tech and M.Tech programs in various specialisation. Besides this, candidates may also opt for admission into BCA and MCA programs. Selection to the BCA and MCA will be done on the basis of academic performance and interview. The college will conduct a common entrance examination, Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering for admission in the B.Tech program. Besides this, those who are opting for admission in M.Tech must have appeared for the GATE examination. Before applying for admissions at ASE Karunagapally, candidates must check the B.Tech eligibility. The eligibility criteria are given in detail below:

Age: Candidates must have born on or after 1st July 1998. 

Educational Qualification: He/ She must have passed in 12th (Class XII) or its equivalent examination with at least 60% aggregate of marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry with not less than 55% in each of these three subjects. 

NOTE: Candidates who have appeared for the above examination in March/ April 2019 and expect to secure minimum marks as above, may also apply.

• Click on the application and start filling in all the details.
• Some of the details to be filled include: a) Personal Profile (Contact details & Name, Address) b) Academic Scores (Marks of the qualifying examination & year, Last attended school) c) Family Profile (Income details) d) Academic Programme Preference – Academic Programme is a combination of both campus and branch to be updated prior to registration for counselling.
• Pay the application fee and submit the same.

ASE Karunagapally B.Tech Application Fee 2020

Candidates who are applying through the scores of common entrance test, Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2019 need to pay an amount of INR 1000 while candidates seeking admission based on the rank/ score secured in JEE Mains 2019 need to pay an amount of INR 300. The application fee can be paid either by debit/ credit card or net banking. Please note that Fee submitted through any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. is not accepted for online applications. The application fee will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances once paid. 

ASE Karunagapally B.Tech Selection Process 2020

Candidates who have applied for the program need to appear for the common entrance test, Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2019 conducted by the college. The exam will be conducted in two modes, pen, and paper test(PPT) and Computer Based Test(CBT). 70% of the total seats available will be allotted on the basis of rank scored in the Amrita Entrance Examination while 30% of the remaining seats will be allotted on the basis of scores of JEE Main entrance exam. Between the two modes of examination, CBT will be conducted in 100+ centers available across the city while PPT will be conducted in the state of TamilNadu only. 

Candidates must have cleared B.E/ B.Tech with at least 60% aggregate to be eligible for ASE Karunagapally M.Tech admissions. Other candidates who hold an M.Sc degree in engineering or sciences discipline may also apply for admission. The degree should be of relevance to the opted M.Tech program.

ASE Karunagapally M.Tech Application Process 2020

Candidates need to apply online for the M.Tech program by referring to the steps mentioned below. 

• Visit the Amrita Online Admission Portal.
• Once done, candidates may click on the “New User” link if you have not registered for the program already. 
• A screen will open mentioning “New User Registration” on the screen
• Enter your “Email ID” and “Security Text” and “Register”
• You may now click on the “Register” link, which will take candidates to the Candidate Registration screen
• Fill the Personal Information & create a password to login to the portal later.
• Candidates will also have to Choose your campus preference, fill the academic qualification details and GATE details. 
• While submitting the documents, candidates will have to attach a scanned copy of passport size photograph(optional), scanned signature(optional). 

ASE Karunagapally M.Tech Application Fee 2020

Candidates need to submit an amount of INR 1000 while submitting the application fee. The application fee can be submitted via any of the payment methods including Net banking / Debit / Credit card. Those who want to submit the application fee via demand draft will have to send the downloaded copy of the completed application form along with the demand draft. 

ASE Karunagapally M.Tech Selection Process 2020

The selection of the candidate to ASE Karunagapally M.Tech course will be on the basis of GATE scores. However, candidates who have not appeared in the GATE examination will be selected on the basis of their performance in their personal interview and academic scores.

Candidates must have cleared 12th examination or equivalent from any of the CBSE / State Board / ICSE board.

ASE Karunagapally BCA/ MCA Application Process 2020

Candidates need to apply online on the official website of Amrita School of Engineering. They will have to fill all the details mentioned in the application form including personal details and academic information. Once entering all the details, candidates may proceed to submit the form before the deadline in order to apply for admission.

Candidates may submit the application fee either by way of demand draft or via net banking/ debit or credit card. The application fee is INR 500. ASE Karunagapally MCA Eligibility Criteria 2020

Candidates must have done graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 60% ( Candidate should have studied one subject in Mathematics in Plus Two or Graduation ).
