IIM Ahmedabad Campus & Infrastructure

IIM Ahmedabad is one of the oldest IIM’s in India. The campus of IIM Ahmedabad is spread over 102 acres in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. The campus of IIM Ahmedabad is equipped with all the modern facilities and state-of-the-art-infrastructure to enhance the quality of teaching and learning process.

Library

The library of IIM Ahmedabad is equipped with the latest editions of books & software packages and a large collection of  Indian and international journals in the field of management and others. The library of IIMA is 24x7 open for the student & faculty members. The library of IIMA is user-friendly to everyone where current, global and relevant information is available in various formats. The strength of IIM Ahmedabad is its digital collection of 100+ databases, accessible from any networked computer within the campus. In IIMA, every student is provided with a personal computer or laptop with 45 MBPS internet connectivity. The library of IIM Ahmedabad is one of the best-managed Library among any IIMs.

Classrooms

All the classrooms and lecture halls of IIMA are fully air-conditioned with the latest technologies with wi-fi enabled to enhance the learning-teaching experience. The classroom of IIMA is facilitated with modern teaching mounted with LCD projectors to make learning easy & effective.

Computer Labs and Seminar Halls

The institute has five seminar halls & dormitories with a total capacity of around 750 students. The institute offers world-class information technology, which includes a computer lab, FPM lab, 2000 computer systems. The Institute has a well-equipped conference hall with the state of the art audio & video facilities. The college also provides many facilities like gym, e-library, canteen, medical facilities, a big playground, and a basketball court etc.

Health Centre

The institute has a Health Centre that conducts annual health check-up for the students and staff of IIM Ahmedabad and maintains a detailed record on individual health record.

Hostel

Residential facilities are also provided by the IIM Ahmedabad in which over 600 female and male students can exist. The institute provides fully furnished Boys Hostel and Girls Hostels with all the modern amenities. IIM hostel is truly a “Home away from Home” for its student.

Other Facilities

The IIM Ahmedabad also provides guidance and training to its students regarding the placements, interviews and professional world. Students are trained to be well-rounded professionals who are seen in the placement records of the college.
