The College of Engineering Pune or COEP was founded in 1854 and is regarded as one of the top colleges in Pune offering courses in the field of technical education on a global scale. COEP Cut off 2023: Soon after the CET result 2023 has been announced, the COEP B.Tech cut off 2023 based on MHT CET 2023 result will be made public. The cut off marks for COEP B.Tech admissions 2023 will be released following the CAP rounds. The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra released the MHT CET 2023 result on June 12, 2023. The results are now available to students on the Maharashtra CET official website.
The COEP cut off 2023 will be available following the results announcement. The COEP cut off is determined by the exam's difficulty, which is considered to be a key factor in the cut-off. A high cut-off is necessary if the paper is simple. COEP cut off is also based on the total number of students applying for the programme.

COEP courses are offered in B.Tech, M.Tech, PGD, B.Plan, M.Plan and PhD. Both the bachelor of technology and master of technology are full-time engineering programmes awarded by the College of Engineering Pune. Candidates applying for these engineering programmes must fulfil the COEP eligibility criteria to proceed with the admission process.
The JEE Main and MHTCET entrance tests are used to determine admission to the COEP Pune B.Tech programme, which is followed by an interview process. Candidates are admitted to the COEP PG programmes through a selection process based on their scores in the GATE and CEED entrance exams.

COEP Pune Admissions 2023: MHT CET 2023 results have been published online on June 12, 2023.
COEP admissions are offered in nine undergraduate, 24 posgraduate, and four postgraduate diploma programmes in management, engineering, and technology and doctoral degrees. For candidates applying to the B.Tech programme who enrol in the first year of the programme at CoEP, the admissions are centralised. The Maharashtra Entrance Test (MHTCET) results are required to determine COEP admissions based on merit.
COEP M.Tech admission, candidates must have a valid GATE scores as well as a bachelor's in engineering or technology to be considered for admission. A candidate can select one of about 24 specialisations while pursuing an M.Tech degree at COEP. To be eligible for admission, applicants who wish to enrol in one of CoEP's three PGD programmes must pass both interview rounds.

Candidates must apply through the DTE Maharashtra's MHTCET exam in order to apply for B.Tech and B.Plan at COEP. Students who wish to pursue an MBA or M.Tech programme must apply for the GATE, CEED, or MAH CET and go through the DTE Maharashtra counselling process. Overall: COEP offers quite good college life. We have 4 main flagship events including sports, cultural, academic and a unique boating fest- Regatta. Other than that college has various other events promoting startups, Gathering etc. We also have over 50 clubs including electric vehicle, drama, Satellite launching club etc. All these events are managed by students offering quite a good exposure.
Placement: Placements for metallurgy departments are quite less. Only about 50 percent. Placement cell is not much helpful towards core metallurgy placements and majority of them are diverted towards IT and mechanical. Average package offered is 5 lpa.
Infrastructure: College provides good infrastructure including well maintained and accessible library, high tech laboratories. When required college also provides funds for various projects, clubs etc.
Faculty: For the concerned department faculty are co-operative, well qualified with exception of few. Many of the faculty have published research papers in international journals. These proves very helpful to students while working for final year project.
