No, marine engineering specialisation is not available at the College of Military Engineering. The courses offered by the institute are at diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels with several specialisations like electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, digital engineering and more. Unfortunately, marine engineering is not offered at the institute yet. However, in case the authorities introduce marine engineering specialisation, you will be notified here on this page.

The medical examination for CME Pune focuses on ensuring candidates' physical and mental fitness for the demands of military service. Candidates must be physically fit and able to perform various physical exercises and activities. The medical examination is conducted by a board of military doctors appointed by the Ministry of Defence. The standards mentioned above are general guidelines and may be subject to change.

Dear Om Sominath More, to get admission to the College of Military Engineering Pune, you need to clear the Technical Entry Scheme (TES) examination or have a valid score in JEE Mains or MHT CET and meet the eligibility criteria. Once you have done that, you need to submit your application form and attend the SSB interview. If you are selected, you will be admitted to the college. The following documents are required to be submitted along with the application form: TES examination / JEE Main/ MHT CET scorecard, class 12 mark sheet, character certificate, medical certificate, caste certificate (if applicable) and two passport size photographs.

About College of Military Engineering

College of Military Engineering, also known as CME Pune, was established in 1948 in Pune, Maharashtra, as a technical training institute of the Corps of Engineers and the Indian army. The CME provides training for members of the Corps of Engineers, including officers and personnel below officer rank (PBOR), and members of other armed forces and law enforcement agencies, including the Navy, Air Force, and Paramilitary forces. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru University for its UG and PG courses. CME Pune courses include three undergraduate, three postgraduate, and two diploma programmes in engineering. 

Soldiers from friendly foreign nations like the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal are also among the College of Military Engineering students. The college is spread over an area of  3,600 acres. CME Pune admission to the courses is based on the entrance examination. Applications for admission may be downloaded from the website and submitted along with the necessary application fee.
