Dear Student,

Here’s the latest update on the BA (Hons.) Economics tuition fees at DTU (excluding hostel charges), based on the 2025–26 academic year:

  • Annual tuition + associated academic fees: ₹1,17,200 per year
  • Total for the full 4‑year program: ₹1,17,200 × 4 ≈ ₹4,68,800

This figure covers tuition and statutory fees (like development, welfare, and exam charges) but excludes hostel or other separate living costs. So, you might have to pay approximately ₹4.69 lakh in total for tuition over four years.

Dear Manish,

As you have completed the physical reporting in DTU, we hope the document verification has been completed on your part. If these both steps are done, the authorities will inform you regarding the commencement of the session, which is expected to begin anytime soon. Also, you have to fill out the hostel registration form separately. The DTU hostel registration has begun and you first have to check whether or not the first-year hostel registration for your course has started. You must fill out and submit the form as soon as possible as the hostel intake is limited. You have to enter your JAC registration number or JEE roll number to complete the admission process.

Hope this helps!

Feel free to contact us for any other queries or questions.
