Dear student,

Government Law College, Kolar, does not offer correspondence law education. All the LLB courses provided by the college are in regular, full-time mode. However, you can check out some other colleges for correspondence LLB admission, such as Bangalore Law University, Annamalai University, Mahatma Gandhi University, Calicut University, IGNOU, etc.

To get admission at Government Law College Kolar (GLCK) for the LLB course, interested candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria set by the college. They must have passed class 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST). Once the admission notification is out, fill the online application form available on the KSLU website within the specified deadline. You'll need to pay an application fee (typically around Rs 500). Formerly, the Karnataka State Law Entrance Test (KSLET) determined admission to the LLB programme at GLCK. For admission to all associated universities, KSLU has stopped using the KSLET and has instead begun to use the results of the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) as of 2023. Therefore, your options for admission are to take the Pearson VUE-administered LSAT India or depend only on your 10+2 results.
