Overall: IIT Jammu is an emerging institute with good faculty, modern infrastructure, and strong industry ties. However, being new, it faces challenges like campus development and fewer placements. Rating: 7.5/10.

Placement: IIT Jammu’s placements are improving, with good packages in tech and core sectors. However, being a new IIT, opportunities are still growing, and top-tier companies are limited. Placement rating: 7/10.

Infrastructure: IIT Jammu has a modern campus with well-equipped labs, hostels, sports facilities, and a digital library. However, some facilities are still developing. Overall infrastructure rating: 8.5/10.

Faculty: IIT Jammu has qualified and experienced faculty, many with PhDs from top institutes. They are supportive and research-oriented, but faculty strength is still growing. Overall rating: 8/10.
