Delhi High Court hearing on CLAT PG 2025: NHAI extends application form deadline for recruitment, next hearing date

Delhi High Court hearing on CLAT PG 2025: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has informed the Delhi High Court that it may reconsider its decision to use CLAT PG 2025 scores for recruiting lawyers. This comes after a petition was filed challenging the NHAI's August 11 notification, which sought to engage 44 young professionals based on their CLAT 2022 scores. The petitioner, advocate Shannu Baghel, argues that using CLAT PG scores for public employment is arbitrary and unreasonable, as the test is designed to assess merit for higher studies in law, not for professional employment.

The court has taken note of this argument and has scheduled the next hearing for September 18, 2025. Meanwhile, the NHAI has extended the application deadline for the recruitment until September 25, 2025.

Dear Sobhit,

As you have not mentioned which entrance exam you are talking about, getting the admit card completely depends on the specific exam you are planning to take. However, admits cards for national & state level entrance exams are released few weeks before the exam date. Keep a track of admit card and other admission related details by following the Madhusudan Law College admission page.

Dear student,

The dates of entrance exam for admission to integrated law courses at Madhusudan Law University have not been released yet. The admission schedule of MS Law University for the academic session of 2020-21 has been postponed due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in the country.

No information has been released by the law college regarding if it is going to conduct the entrance exam in the online mode or will it accept admissions on the basis of merit for this year. It is advisable to keep applying to other law institutes while waiting for the Madhusudan Law University to release an official announcement about its admissions for 2020.

There are many law colleges providing admissions on the basis of class 12 marks. Many of these leading private law colleges offer scholarships as well so you can avail significant fee waiver as well. There are some factors to be considered while shortlisting a law college for taking admission.

Fill the Common Application Form to apply to several colleges with just one application form. You will also get one-on-one counselling by admission experts who will guide you through the entire admission process.
