To pursue a Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) degree at NIT Silchar Silchar, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria. Firstly, applicants must have a master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university or institute. Additionally, they should have secured a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale in their qualifying examination.
