August 28, 2025GATE 2026 registration is now open at gate2026.iitg.ac.in for admission to M.Tech and research programs. Candidates can submit their applications without a late fee until September 28, 2025, while the deadline with a late fee is October 9, 2025. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026, in two sessions.
August 25, 2025The GATE 2026 registration has been postponed to August 28, 2025. Regular applications close on September 28, with late submissions accepted until October 9. Exams will be held on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, and results on March 19.
August 06, 2025The GATE 2026 schedule is now available on gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Registration for GATE 2026 will begin on August 25 and will close on September 25 without a late fee, and on October 6 with a late fee. The exam is scheduled for February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026. The results will be announced on March 19, 2026.
July 28, 2025The CCMT 2025 Special Round 2 seat allotment result for M.Tech, M.Arch, and M.Plan courses has been released on ccmt.admissions.nic.in. Candidates must complete the document verification and admission confirmation process by the deadline of July 29, 2025.
About PEC Chandigarh
The institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. The PEC Chandigarh courses include eight B.Tech programmes and 14 M.Tech programmes. The PhD course is offered in engineering, science, management, humanities and social sciences. The institute offers scholarships as well for students belonging to a financially weaker background. There are several different Punjab Engineering scholarship schemes offered to the students of the institute. These are given only to deserving students who meet the eligibility requirements.
