The do’s and don’ts at the JEE Main exam centres are provided below:

• Candidates must carry two passport-size photos along with their valid government issues Photo ID proof at the JEE Main exam centres
• Candidates will not be allowed to carry any electronic device along with them inside the JEE Main examination centre.
• Candidates are advised to not wear any gold or any jewellery.
• Candidates with mitigating circumstances will be debarred from the examination centre.

General Category candidates are required to score a minimum of 95+ percentile score to get admission into NITs. For the reserved category candidates, 80+ percentile score is enough to get admission into NITs.

Candidates belonging to the general category have to secure 75% marks in class 12 for securing admission into NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.
