Since its inception, Punjab Engineering College has played a major role in transforming a student into competent future leaders and contributing towards the development of the nations. For the growth of the student, the disciple undergoes various training programs such as Case studies, Resume making, Soft skills, Personality Development programmes, Workshops, Group discussions, Personal Interview Sessions etc. In PEC Chandigarh, B.Tech final year students experience a mandatory semester internship in the leading organisations as a part of the curriculum. The duration of the internship is of minimum 16 weeks to a maximum of 24 weeks between January to July. It helps them to gain exposure to solving live problems that occur in the workplace. Besides this, various industrial visits keep students updated about current industrial developments.
