INI CET Round 1 Seat Allotment Result January 2026 (Releasing Today): The INI CET Round 1 Seat Allotment Result for the January 2026 session is releasing today, December 18, 2025, for PG medical admissions. If you are seeking admission through INI CET, you can download your Round 1 seat allotment result from the official website aiimsexams.ac.in, once it is published by AIIMS New Delhi. This round decides your initial seat allotment for the January 2026 PG session, but your admission does not depend on allotment alone. What matters equally is the action you take after logging in. INI CET Counselling January 2026: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi will commence the INI CET January 2026 Round 2 counselling process shortly after the completion of Round 1 on the official website ie, aiimsexams.ac.in. Only candidates who selected “Option 2” accept the allotted seat but wish to participate in Round 2 counseling during the Round 1 choice-filling process are eligible to take part in the second round, based on merit order.
