The process for Tezpur University admission is completely online. BTech admission to this university will begin with JoSAA registration from June 10, 2024. JoSAA counselling is based on JEE Main 2024 score. Students need to meet the eligibility criteria before they can apply online. The university conducts its own entrance exam called the Tezpur University Entrance Exam (TUEE). Tezpur University admission is based on entrance exam scores. Tezpur University Selection Criteria for UG Courses

Step 1: Students who are eligible for TU Tezpur admission to UG courses need to appear in the required entrance exams. For BTech it is JEE Main, for integrated BEd it is CUET UG and for other UG courses, it is TUEE. 

Step 2: Then fill out the Tezpur University application form and pay the application fee.

Step 3: Students will be selected based on merit in the entrance exam.

Step 1: Eligible candidates need to first qualify for the required entrance exams. MBA students need valid scores of CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT. For other PG courses, students need to qualify for the CUET PG exam or TUEE. GATE is also applicable along with CUET PG and TUEE for MTech admission.

Step 2: Students will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying exam and the entrance test.

Step 1: Students who have qualified for class 12 from a recognised board need to appear in the TUEE exam.

Step 3: Students will be selected on the basis of the score obtained in TUEE.
