A fully-equipped health clinic functions on the campus. The staff and students of TIST can avail the services of a Doctor (part-time) and Nurse (full-time) during working hours. Medical check-up and ECG facilities are available.  The clinic has a link-up with AP Varkey Mission Hospital to meet medical emergencies.  Ambulance facility is also provided. TIST not only nurtures the mind of students, but also makes sure that thay are physically healthy and fit. We have a full fledged Health Club with modern gymnasium outfits. This facility helps students maintain their physical fitness. Established in the year 2002,Toc H Institute of Science & Technology(TIST) Libraries  support the education mission of the college by discerning and fulfilling the  information needs of its  diverse user community. The college has a Central library, apart from M B A, Digital  and other Department Reference libraries, located conveniently facilitating easy access to all. The 10000 square feet the Central library provides a wide range of services. The state of the art fully automated library is well equipped to meet any type of information and  research requirements .The power of library lies in its vast collection of around 29847 books, in addition to Journals, Magazines, Periodicals, CDs, Project Reports, Bound back volumes of periodicals and previous years question papers. All the library staff are fully qualified and experienced to give light to the information world.

Separate Hostel facility is provided for both boys (with a capacity of 350 students) and girls (with 360 students).  The hostels are well-furnished with common facilities like study room, television, Internet, washing machine, indoor & outdoor games and telephone. 

Both Hostels are supported with stand-by generators to meet any emergency break-down of power supply.  Almost 37% of the students are staying in the hostel. In order to maintain ideal academic atmosphere in the hostel, it has been made mandatory that for acts of indiscipline students staying in the hostel can be terminated unconditionally and also that he/she is made liable to pay for damages /loss caused. Students those who are having more than 5 supplementary examinations, re-admission in the hostel will not be given in the subsequent academic years.
