BCECE 2024 Application Form

BCECE 2024 application form is expected to be released in the second week of May 2024 in online mode at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Candidates should check the BCECE eligibility criteria 2024 before applying for the exam. The BCECE 2024 registration process includes filling out the application form, uploading documents, paying the fees, and submitting the fees. Candidates will be required to upload documents such as scanned images and signatures, educational certificates, residence proofs, etc while filling out the application form. The BCECE application fee 2024 for general category candidates appearing in PCM/PCB is INR 1000. Candidates from the reserved categories must pay an application fee of INR 500. BCECE 2024 Application Dates

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will release the BCECE 2024 registration dates on its official website. We will update all the important dates below in the table once it has been released by the authorities. 

BCECE 2024 Eligibility Criteria

It is important that candidates go through the BCECE eligibility criteria before applying for the exam and make sure they fulfill all the factors or their application will be rejected. Check the expected BCECE eligibility criteria given below.

• Qualification: The candidate must have completed the 12th grade from a recognised board. JEE Main results can also be used to get admission to engineering programmes

• Age Limit: There will be no age limits. Candidates of any age can apply for the exam except for Pharmacy for which the candidate should be of 16 years on December 31

• Domicile: Bihar State domicile will be required of all candidates

• Minimum Marks: Candidates must have a minimum of 45% aggregate (45% for reserved category)

• Subject: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics must be the compulsory subject in the qualifying test

• JEE Main results will be used to determine admission to engineering programmes

Details Required to fill the BCECE Application Form 2024

Before beginning to fill out the BCECE application form, candidates must have the following information handy 

• An active and valid e-mail address to be used for registration verification. If the applicant is chosen, the board will use the same e-mail address to communicate all further contact to them until they are admitted

• A legitimate mobile phone number belonging to the applicant or a family member

• BCECE Board will only send notifications or communications to the candidate's specified cellphone number through SMS

• An uninterruptible and secure internet connection is required to complete and submit the BCECE online application form

• When paying the registration fee online, candidates must have the option of using one of the following payment methods: Net Banking Credit Card ATM-cumulative Debit Card

How to fill BCECE 2024 Application Form?

Follow the step-by-step instructions given below to complete the BCECE 2024 registration process.

Step 1: BCECE Registration 2024

Visit the BCECE official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. To open the Registration page, click the 'New Registration' tab when the login screen opens. Enter all of the following information carefully:

• The course group 

• Candidate's name (first, middle, and last name)

• The birthdate

• Confirm whether the candidate is a Bihar resident

• Reservation Category

• Email ID

• Password

• Do you claim disability Quota

• Mobile Number

• Security password

• Security question

• Confirm Password

• Captcha text

After entering all information, click the 'Sign up button. Candidates will be sent an 'Activation Code' to their registered email address and cell phone number. They must then go to the Applicant Login page, click the 'Activate Your Account' option and input the activation code.

The account will be activated, and the candidate will be able to log in with the registered email address and password.

Step 2: Fill out the BCECE Application Form

After activating the account, candidates must fill out the BCECE 2024 application form with their personal information. The following information must be included in the BCECE 2024 application form:

• Father Name

• Mother Name

• Gender

• Identification mark

• Did the candidate make use of the Serviceman Quota?

• Is the father's yearly salary less than 4.5 lakh?

• Do you intend to apply for the agricultural stream course?

• Have you completed your matriculation with Urdu as one of your subjects?

• The district name of the passing institution

• Name of the district and permanent address

• Is your correspondence address the same as your permanent address?

If the candidate's permanent address is the same as the correspondence address, he or she must check the box and then submit the scanned photographs. They must save in order to go to the next phase.

Step 3: Documents Upload

After entering their personal information, candidates must upload and scanned copies of their most recent photograph and signature.

• The scanned photos must be 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm in size

• The scanned signature must be made in either Hindi or English using a black or blue ink pen on white paper

• In the case of Part B, you must give the same photo that you have given while filling out Part A, as well as your signature in either Hindi or English in the designated blank

Step 4: Provide Educational Information

Candidates must fill out the following educational information in the BCECE application form 2024: 

• Class 10th school name, passing year, board and passing status

• Name of Class 12th school name, year of passing, board and passing status

After entering their information, applicants must save and submit the form

Step 5: Review the Application Form of BCECE 2024

If candidates have committed errors in any part, they can preview the information at this point before actually submitting them. To correct the errors in the BCECE online application form click on the "Edit" button. And then click on  "Update" after amending the details to guarantee the updated information is preserved. If all of their information is valid,  save the form, agree to the declaration, and submit it.

Step 6: Pay the BCECE Application Fees 2024

In this step, candidates have to pay the required application fee. 

• Candidates are offered the option of paying the BCECE registration fee online or by bank challan

• Choose your mode and pay the registration fees

It should be noted that applicants using the online payment method may be required to pay additional bank processing fees.

Step 7: Download Part A and Part B of the BCECE Application Form 2024

Candidates must download the application form (both parts - Part A and B).

• Candidates are not required to submit the paperwork to the BCECEB office.

• Keep the application form safe for future reference and as it will be expected to provide during the BCECE counselling process

BCECE Application Form Fee 2024

To complete the registration process candidates have to pay the required fee. The BCECE 2024 application fee can be paid online mode. The payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or net banking. There is no provision for offline BCECE application fee payment this year.  The following are the BCECE application fees 2024. 

BCECE 2024 Application Form Correction

The BCECE Board gives candidates the chance to make changes to their submitted online application form. Candidates must keep in mind that after the correction window is closed, no revisions to the application form details will be permitted. To make changes to the BCECE 2024 application form, follow the steps outlined below:
