BCECE 2024 counselling process will commence in September 2024 tentatively in online mode at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The Bihar BCECE counselling 2024 is a process through which students are granted seats in the colleges that accept BCECE as an entrance exam. BCECE Counselling 2024 Dates

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will release the BCECE 2024 counselling schedule after the declaration of the exam result. We will update all important BCECE counselling dates 2024 in the table below once it has been released by the authorities. 

BCECE Counseling 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Before enrolling for the BCECE Counselling 2024 round, applicants must read and double-check the qualifying conditions. It proceeds such as this:

• Candidate's name should appear on the BCECE 2024 merit list
• The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• The candidate should be a domicile of Bihar.
• For B.E./B.Tech students- The candidate should have taken and passed the JEE MAIN 2024 test.

BCECE 2024 Counselling Process

Candidates should understand the BCECE counselling procedure before enrolling in the programme.

Step 1: Registration
Candidates should register for the BCECE 2024 counselling session by providing information such as:

• Roll number of BCECE 2024
• The candidate's name 
• Date of birth and
• Name of father

Candidates should then create a password and register, providing information such as their address, phone number, and security question.

Step 2: Filling Options

After registering, qualified applicants need to log in to their account, where they will see the following information:

1. Registration details
2. Options available
3. Enter your choices
4. Choose from a list of options.
5. Change the password and
6. Change the password 

Candidates should take a printout of their preferences after filling and locking them.

Step 3: Seat allocation

Students will be able to check their seat allotment online. Read ahead to know more

Seats will be assigned depending on the candidate's preferences, the student's merit, and the availability of seats at that specific institution.
The candidate will get a preliminary allocation letter from the authority, which will include information on all of the counselling locations. The candidate must print out the document.

Step 4: Handwriting Verification

Candidates who qualify for the exam have to complete handwriting verification at BCECE Counseling.The authority will verify whether the candidate's handwriting on the OMR sheet matches the sample writing. The candidate will be sent the final seat allotment letter when the legitimacy has been verified.

Step 5: Final Seat Allocation

Candidates have to login and check their accounts to see if they have received their final seat allocation letter. (The allotment letter will include information about the assigned institute as well as information about the counselling location where applicants' documents will be verified and they will have to pay the tuition fees to confirm their admission.)

Step 6: Verification of documents and payment of fees

1. Candidates have to go to the allotted institute with all required documents for verification as the last phase of the BCECE counselling procedure
2. On the day of document verification, candidates need to provide a set of original papers as well as photocopies of these documents
3. To confirm their enrollment, applicants need to pay the tuition fee at the particular institute

BCECE 2024 Counselling: Documents Required

4. Caste Certificate

9. 6 copies of the photograph same as pasted on the application form
