Candidates must have cleared for the Telangana Integrated Common Entrance Test(TS ICET) entrance exam. Once the candidates have scored the required percentage in the entrance exam, they will be sorted out on the basis of scores of TS ICET. Students will then be called to the campus for documents verification round. Selection will be done finally on the basis of scores in TS ICET and academics.

Candidates who have applied for the Osmania University Distance MCA need to qualify the Integrated Common Entrance Test(TS ICET) conducted by Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE). Candidates will then be selected on the basis of scores in academic percentage only if they hold mathematics as one of the subjects in 12th or 10th. Candidates will also be called for document verification round. However, candidates who have not appeared in the TS ICET will be required to appear in the entrance test conducted by the university.
