Situated in Mumbai, L&T Institute of Technology is a private college that was established in 1983. The college is accredited by the NBA, ISO, Maharashtra state board, and AICTE. For the 2026-27 academic session, L&T Institute of Technology remains primarily dedicated to the children of permanent L&T Group employees; however, admissions are occasionally opened to non-L&T candidates on a highly selective, merit-based basis if vacancies exist after the employee quota is filled.
