What Details Must Be Included in a Valid Medical Certificate

What details must be included in a valid medical certificate is an important query for anyone worrying about submitting one for leave or other official purposes. A medical certificate is an official document issued by a practising doctor. It serves as a legal document and explains the medical condition of the person concerned. It may be used while applying for leave when someone is absent or needs to be excused. Various organisations also demand it from applicants to verify if they are fit for employment.

However, not all medical certificates are accepted by the authorities. A valid medical certificate must contain essential details such as the patient’s name, the physician’s name, the date of examination, the date of issuance, etc. Any crucial data missing in it may result in rejection. In this article, you can find a checklist of all the critical details that must be included in a valid medical certificate.

LPU is best and does allow admissions through management quota in some cases, including programmes like B.Sc Radiology & Imaging Technology, depending on seat availability. If you meet the basic eligibility criteria of completing 10+2 with Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Maths), you can apply. Management quota admissions are usually offered when regular seats fill up, and selection is based on academic performance, LPUNEST score (if applicable), and university guidelines for spot admissions.
