WB JENPAS UG 2021 Cut-off

Being aware of last year’s cut-off will help candidates get an idea of the JENPAS UG 2022 Expected Cut-off.  The cut-off may vary based on the candidate’s category. JENPAS UG 2022 Expected Cut-off

WBJEEB will be announcing the expected cut-off score for JENPAS UG 2022 after the examination is over. Till then candidates can refer to the previous year’s cut-off trends (as shown in the table above) to get an idea and predict their JENPAS UG Rank 2022 basis that. 

Only those candidates who qualify the entrance exam will need to appear in the interview. Candidates must score at least or more than the cut-off marks is the minim score required to qualify for the counselling rounds. If a candidate does not achieve cut off marks then he/she will not be eligible for the further selection process. 

WBJEE JENPAS UG 2022 Merit/Rank list

The Board will publish the JENPAS UG 2022 Rank List after the declaration of the results. Once released, candidates will be able to check the merit list online by visiting the WBJEEB website. The rank list will be released for all the eligible candidates who have successfully appeared for the exam. Also, the merit list will be separately released for the candidates of reserved and unreserved categories. As per the rank obtained in the rank list, candidates will be able to participate in the counselling process.

WB JENPAS Tie-Breaker

If more than two candidates score the same number of marks, then the WBJEEB uses, the Tie-Breaking Criteria to provide a fair ranking of the candidate. The ranking of the candidate is done based on the following parameters: 

The candidate receiving lesser negative marks in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics combined will be given preference

  • The candidate scoring more positive marks in Chemistry and Biology will be ranked higher

  • The candidate scoring more positive marks in Physics and Biology will be given preference

  • The candidate receiving lesser negative marks in Chemistry and Biology will be prioritized

  • The candidate getting a lesser number of negative marks in Physics and Biology will be ranked higher

Despite this, if the tie persists, then the older candidate will be ranked higher on the JENPAS UG Merit List 2022.

Category-wise Good JENPAS UG 2022 Score for Government Colleges
