Telangana Parademical Admission 2023 is held every year to grant students admission into paramedical courses across the state. Telangana State Paramedical Board (TSPB) is the official authority for the Telangana paramedical admission process. The association is responsible for conducting the admission process from issuing the notifications to the allotment of seats including registration, the perusal of documents, etc. The TSPB is rolling out an opportunity for students who can take admissions in various paramedic courses across the state’s many paramedical colleges.

Telangana Paramedical Admission Eligibility Criteria 2023

The eligibility of taking admissions into Paramedical courses in Telangana in 2023 is different for government and private institutions. 

Eligibility for taking admission in paramedical courses at government college Telangana for 2023

• The candidate must be an Indian national and a resident of Telangana

• Candidates who have migrated from other states to the state of Telangana. 

• The candidate must have completed 16 years of age.

• Have passed intermediate with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.

• Have passed intermediate with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry and other streams will be preferred if candidates from Bi.PC are not available.

Eligibility Criteria for Telangana Private Paramedical Colleges 2023

• The candidate must be an Indian national and a resident of Telangana

• Candidates who have migrated from other states to the state of Telangana. 

• The candidate must have completed 16 years of age.

• Have passed intermediate with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.

• Have passed intermediate with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry and other streams will be preferred if candidates from Bi. P. C. are not available.

• For taking admission in DRTT Courses, the candidate must have completed their intermediate in either Biology, Physics, and Chemistry or Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Steps to fill the Telangana Paramedical Application Form 2023

The Telangana Paramedical Application Form 2023 needed for taking admission at both government and private institutions is similar. The mode of submission of application is offline. 

The candidates are required to adhere to the following instructions as prescribed by the TSPB for filling the Telangana Paramedical Application Form 2023: -

1. Go to the official website of TSPB (http://www.tspmb.telangana.gov.in) to download the form under the form section. 

2.  The application form is to be filled in the handwriting of the applicant in English in block letters.

3. Particular required to fill the form: -

   • Course code number

   • Full Name

   • Father’s Name

   • Mother’s Name

   • Mother Tongue

   • Place of Birth under sections age, date, month, and year.

   • Tick the category under which the reservation is claimed

   • Name of the district

   • Educational Qualification is pre-filled as Intermediate or equivalent. 

   • Whether the intermediate exam was passed and division to be written if passed in a single attempt or there is any compartment. 

   • Total marks secured under heads Maximum marks, Marks obtained and Percentage

   • Particulars of study in a tabular form from classes 6th to 12th. 

4. Signature of applicant and father or guardian is to be attached below a declaration of undertaking the verification of information along with the address against the space provided for the same.

6. In the case of a government institution- Application is to be sent to TSPB.

7. In the case of a private institution- Application is to be sent to the District Medical and Health Officer (DMHO) of the respective district in which the applicant resides. 

Precautions to be taken while applying for Telangana Paramedical Admission Process 2023

• Applications with incorrect, false, or incomplete information will be rejected automatically without informing the applicant.

• Application of candidates who have changed their social status or local candidature after submitting the application will be rejected and candidates are also prohibited from performing such actions. 

• Application form sent without the processing fee or requisite documents shall be rejected. 

Telangana Paramedical Admission 2023 Processing Fee

The candidates shall send a sum of Rs. 100 as processing fee in cash along with the application form and other requisite documents. 

Telangana Paramedical Counselling Process 2023

The counselling process for taking admission in government and private institutions is a little different. 

For Private Institutions

All the applications received within a district would be perused by the District Selection Committee consisting of the following members: -

• District Medical and Health Officer (DMHO) as Chairman cum Convener

• Superintendent of Teaching Hospital as Member

• Deputy Director/ District Social Welfare Officer as Member

• Principal of the concerned paramedical institution as Member

The committee is empowered by the TSPB to select students for government quota (60%) and Management Quota (40%) seats. 

The merit list would be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidates in relevant subjects. Students giving compartment exams would be placed after students who passed the intermediate exams in their first attempt. 

The management of the institution will accept the candidates according to the ranks secured by the candidate in the merit list prepared by the District Selection Committee. 

The final list would be sent to the TSPB for publication. 

For Government Institutions

The TSBP will peruse the application form received and create a merit list based on the 

After the submission of application forms to the concerned authority, a merit list of selected candidates will be published on the official websites of TSPB and a list of selected students will also be published by the government 

List of Documents Required for Telangana Paramedical Admission 2023

Candidates are required to enclose the following documents when they send their application in hard copy to the concerned authority: -

• Date of Birth certificate or pass certificate of senior secondary or equivalent degree.

• Mark sheet and pass corticate for intermediate.

• Transfer Certificate of the institution from which the candidate has passed their intermediate or equivalent examination.

• Certificate of study from classes 6-12th.

• If the applicant claims reservation, the copy of the caste certificate or other document issued by the competent authority as proof of them belonging to a reserved class.

• Copy of Adhaar Card.
