Approved & launched on 29th September 2015 by the MHRD and Minister of Human Resource Development respectively, the National Institution Ranking Framework, or NIRF for short, was a procedure that was meant to rank the higher educational institutions across India. NIRF ranking is bestowed to every institution on the basis of 11 different categories, namely:

Apart from these 11 categories, it is important for any given institution to pass various other important parameters including research, resources, and stakeholder perception. There are weightages that are designated to the relevant parameters. These weightages vary from institution to institution.

Given below is a tabular representation of the five parameters: Teaching, Learning & Resources (TLR), Research and Professional Practice (RPC), Graduation Outcomes (GO), Outreach and Inclusivity (OI), and Perception (PR). The table displays the relevant information of these parameters under metrics, added components, marks, & associated weightage fields.

Hello Vishal,

Sarvjanik PG College, located in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh does not offer a pharmacy programme. Here at the undergraduate level, you can choose from B.A and B.Sc programmes, while at the postgraduate level, it offers M.A and M.Sc programmes. It also offers a professional B.Ed programme. If you wish to study at Sarvjanik PG College, you have to select from the degrees mentioned above. For UG admission, passing 10+2 is mandatory and for PG admission, a graduation degree is required from a recognised board/ university.

Hello Janvi,

Institute of Cooperative Management, located at Dehradun, Uttarakhand offers an MBA programme of two years duration. The MBA course is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun (UTU). The programme does not offer a specialisation in Rural Management. The general subjects include Finance, Marketing, Cooperative Management and Human Resources. For admission at ICM Dehradun, you must have passed with a Graduation degree in any field from a recognised university.
