IIIT Bhagalpur PhD 2026 is a research-orientated doctoral programme, running for 5 years. The doctoral programme at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhagalpur is available only in full-time mode. The available specialisations are computer science & engineering, electronics & communication engineering, mechatronics and automation, and related interdisciplinary fields. IIIT Bhagalpur admission to PhD rely on academic merit, GATE score and personal interview conducted by the institute, with preference often given to candidates with valid national research exam scores (such as GATE/CSIR-UGC-NET/UGC-JRF).
