To stay abreast of industry trends, there's a need to emphasize practical learning and emerging technologies like machine learning and AI. Despite academic pursuits, the vibrant festival culture adds a sense of community and belonging to campus life.

Overall: While our faculty comprises knowledgeable Ph.D. holders, there's room for improvement in their teaching approach. However, the course curriculum is tailored to meet industry standards, albeit with a focus on practical learning in later years. The semester exams are manageable, allowing students to navigate through them with ease.

Overall: While our faculty members bring expertise to the table, there's room for improvement in their teaching methodologies. The course curriculum, although comprehensive, could benefit from a stronger emphasis on practical learning and industry relevance. Nonetheless, semester exams are structured to facilitate student success.

Overall: Lovely Professional University was my home away from home. Hey all! I am Sarthak, a B.Tech graduate from LPU. my overall experience at the university was very vibrant and positive. I give the credits of who I am today, to my faculty members. The teachers at LPU are very supportive. The course framework of the university is good and relevant as per the market trends. The hostels of LPU are extremely well-maintained and you will get to make many friends at the same time. The student life is good at LPU. I was part of the Sankalp Enviro Club and it groomed my personality a lot. Coming to the LPU placements, the average CTC is around Rs 3.5 lakh per annum and the highest CTC goes as high as Rs 54 lakh per annum.

Infrastructure: LPU has one of the best campuses in Phagwara. The campus has IT-enabled classrooms and there are projectors easily available. There is an air-conditioned library which has a good collection of books and other resources. The institute also has a Yogal hall for recreational and well-being activities.

Faculty: The teachers at Lovely Professional University were more like a friend to me than professors. They used to guide me for all my queries and whenever I faced confusion for my future career prospects. Whatever I am today, I owe a lot of it to my teachers at LPU.

Hostel: LPU hostels are provided from 1-seater to 6-seater rooms. We had AC and Non-AC rooms. Apart from the standard rooms, we also have apartments and got certain number of free electricity units for each semester. The hostel fee for the single seater room is Rs 1,50,000 and it goes down to Rs 80,000 for the 6-seater rooms. The hostels were well-constructed and modern. All basic facilities were available like wi-fi, electricity, clean water, reading room, and, canteen.

Overall: Life at LPU was really amazing, it was like living the ideal college life. Throughout the year, there were 10 to 15 events where we get to participate in and enjoy life. Besides that, I am very satisfied with the teachers at LPU. I studied B.Tech in Automobile Engineering at LPU and also got campus placement when I completed my course.

Placement: After completing my B.Tech in Automobile Engineering I got my dream job at Bosch Engineering And Business Solutions Ltd. The initial salary was Rs 7 LPA but during a recent increment it has gone up to Rs 7.5 LPA and I am very satisfied with how I turned up thanks to LPU.

Infrastructure: As I studied B.Tech in Automobile Engineering I had access to various workshops where we had real life cars and its parts. We had to reassemble cars from scratch as we had access to a wide hall room which served as our workshop. Besides that LPU has Auditorium, ATM, Hostel, Canteen, Computer Lab, Convocation Hall, Counselling, and more.

Faculty: The teaching techniques used by our teachers were updated each semester. My teachers were highly qualified and were able to complete the syllable on time. We also had one visiting professor every month. Classes were air-conditioned so it was quite a comfortable experience.

Hostel: The LPU hostel life is one of the best memories in my life. You will really miss that life after your graduation. I made some of the best lifelong friends at the LPU hostel. LPU hostels have a mess facility that offers nutritious food options. LPU has 25000+ hostel seats best of my knowledge. The hostel fees for a non-AC four seater room is Rs 70,000 and the single-seater hostel room change is Rs 1,50,000. The single seater room is only available with AC.

Overall: The four years i spent at LPU changed my life completely. I completed BTech Automobile Engineering from LPU in 2023. The university emphasises on overall personality development of students rather than solely focusing on academic excellence. The excellent placements and gigantic campus are its pros. The substandard faculty level is something which needs upliftment at LPU.

Placement: The university has an impressive placement record for BTech. During my final year, numerous companies came for placements. Students who have a CGPA of more than 6.7 are eligible to sit for placements. Luckly i had and got placed also.

Infrastructure: The 600 acres campus of LPU has everything in it. Right from international food outlets to international size playing fields, you will find everything at LPU campus. Every classroom at the university has air conditioning, projectors etc. The are various student clubs that conducts sports and extra curriular activities at regular intervals.

Faculty: The faculty at Lovely Professional University is very strict and does not allow students to enter class if they are even one minute late. The qualification of faculty is also questionable. There are numerous faculty members that are underqualified.

Overall: Dear reader, I am Sukanya, and being an alumnus of LPU, I can say that I had the best experience of my life. This is the largest university that is built across an area of 700 acres and all the facilities are available inside the campus. LPU has over 30,000 students and more than 4000 faculty members. The best part about LPU which I really liked was the study pattern they follow. The university follows a UK study pattern where you can opt for major and minor subjects as per your preferences. Besides this, there are many student clubs that you can join to pursue your hobby. All in all, LPU will holistically develop your personality.

Placement: LPU placements are really good. My friend Tanya Arora bagged a package of 42 LPA with Microsoft and this was the highest package ever bagged by any of the B.Tech students. There are more than 1900 recruiters that are recruiting from campus placements. I got placed with Amazon when I was in last year. If you have no backlogs and you are eligible for placements, then you will be placed for sure. All you have to do is a little preparation. Some of the recruiters are Accenture, IBM, Cognizant, TCS, Tech Mahindra, and a lot more.

Infrastructure: As I said that LPU is built across an area of 700 acres and it is still building. The campus is associated with all the facilities inside the campus. LPU can be called as mini town. You will have a hospital, swimming pool sports complex, bowling club, parks, ATMs, guest house, restaurants like CCD, Dominos, and a lot more.

Faculty: My faculties were highly qualified and they were ace in their respective subjects. In fact, most of them were from IIT/NIT. The LPU faculty members use multiple teaching methods, including lectures, GD, case studies, and live projects, to make learning more effective. We were also taken to many study tours and industrial visits so that we can learn from real world. All in all, the faculties are going to help you a lot in learning.

Hostel: Hostels are the best and trust me when I say this. I use to stay in hostels and the rooms are really good. They offer you fully furnished rooms with single seater, double seater, and dormitory. The hotels have cleaning facilities every alternate day. Hostel camping has parlors, parks, food restaurants, stationery shops, turn-style gates for safety, vending machines, and whatnot. I would recommend you stay in the hostel only.

Overall: Being a B.Tech graduate from LPU, I will say that my experience at the university was full of learning, exposure, and good memories. The confidence I have today is only because of the exposure provided by the university and the teachers. The quality of education at LPU is good. Many innovative techniques are adopted to groom the students. Like there are corporate training sessions, industry immersion programmes, as well as live projects. The campus is beautifully constructed and is spread across a huge area of 600 acres. All the basic amenities are easily available at the university starting from a library to a fun zone!

Placement: The placement scope and rate at LPU is decent. Around 80% of students get placed each year. For my batch, the maximum number of students opted for higher education, but our mates from other courses got successfully placed in firms like Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Infosys, and, Microsoft.

Infrastructure: LPU has a sprawling campus. There is an ATM, a hospital, as well as a dining and shopping area on the campus. Residential accommodation is also available for boys and girls. The campus is kept clean and tidy. The washrooms are also cleaned multiple times a day.

Faculty: All my teachers were from the best universities across the country. Many of the young teachers were pursuing their PhD and the senior ones had patents published under their names.

Hostel: The hostels have quality infrastructure. Rooms for girls and boys are separate. Apart from the regular hostel rooms, there are also mini apartment style rooms available. The list of facilities available in the hostels is long. There is a laundry room, a sports stadium, a gymnasium, a cafeteria and mini restaurant, as well as a sick room in the hostel. As a hosteller, I made some of the best memories at the campus.
