LPU does not publish official cutoffs for admissions. The university conducts LPUNEST for admission to most of its programs. Based on LPUNEST scores, LPU offers scholarships under 4 brackets: Category A, B, C, and D cutoffs. Also, candidates with high percentiles in JEE Main, CAT, XAT, NEET, & GATE are eligible for up to 100% scholarships. LPU cutoff 2026 for B.Tech through JEE Main is 97 percentile for a 60% scholarship on the programme fee, while candidates with 95 percentile are eligible for a 50% scholarship.
For LPU MBA admissions, candidates with 90 percentile or above in CAT/XAT are eligible for a 50% scholarship on the programme fee. Similarly, NEET scores are accepted for B.Pharm scholarships, where candidates securing a top 20,000 AIR can avail a 100% scholarship along with examination fee and residential fee/transport benefits. For M.Tech at LPU, candidates with 95 percentile or above in GATE are eligible for a 60% scholarship on the programme fee.

LPU JEE Main cutoff 2026 for B.Tech is 97 percentile for a 60% scholarship on program fee and 95 percentile for 50% scholarship. To get a 100% scholarship on the course fee and examination fee, candidates must secure a top 35,000 AIR in JEE Main. Candidates with 90–95 percentile are eligible for a 40% scholarship, while those with 80–90 percentile can avail a 30% scholarship on the program fee.
