If you are pursuing a diploma final year and wish to take admission into National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli through Joint Entrance Examination Main, you are generally not eligible through the regular JEE Main route because NITs primarily admit students who have completed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and one additional subject. Diploma holders usually cannot apply through JEE Main for first year B.Tech at NIT Trichy. However, some state universities allow lateral entry, but NIT Trichy does not offer lateral entry admissions for diploma students. You may consider completing 10+2 or exploring other universities offering lateral entry options.

No, Manipal University Bangalore does not accept KCET scores for direct admission to its BTech programs. For BTech at Manipal Institute of Technology Bengaluru, admission is based on the Manipal Entrance Test (MET), not KCET.
