THE World University Rankings 2023: In the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2023, Manipal University was ranked in the band 801-1000. The rankings are based on 13 different factors that measure how well universities teach, do research, share knowledge, and have an international focus. To ensure the rankings are accurate, the researchers studied more than 121 million citations from over 15.5 million research papers and got feedback from 40,000 scholars worldwide. They collected massive information, with over 680,000 data points from more than 2,500 participating universities.
NIRF Ranking 2023:As per NIRF Ranking 2023, Manipal University has bagged the sixth position in the ‘universities’ category.

Manipal University admission 2022 applications have been closed. The last date to apply was 30th April 2022. Manipal offers more than 300 programmes in management, engineering, commerce, finance, design, hotel management, and other fields. There are four levels of programmes available: undergraduate, graduate, diploma, and certification.
Admission to the University is done on a merit basis. Candidates' performance in MET (Manipal Entrance Test) is considered for finalising admissions. MET is conducted twice, once in May 2022 and the second one in June 2022.

Manipal University's application procedure begins in December and ends in April each year. Every course has its own set of selection and eligibility criteria. There are also seats earmarked for NRIs and overseas students that they can only fill. All admissions are made on the basis of merit. Each applicant's candidacy is evaluated based on their performance on the admission exam. MET, NEET, JEE Mains, Department Test, and other exams are taken into account by Manipal University. Only online applications are accepted. After submitting their application, the candidate must pay Rs. 600 application fee.

Students at Manipal University can apply for a variety of scholarships. These scholarships are given out on a variety of different criteria. Some scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit, while others are reserved for financially disadvantaged groups.

This scholarship is for courses such as Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Kasturba Medical College (KMC) Manipal, Kasturba Medical College (KMC) Mangalore, and Manipal TATA Medical College (MTMC) Jamshedpur, and more. A total of 5% of seats are reserved for this scholarship. Students are selected for this scholarship on a merit basis. The candidate's NEET score is considered for selection.
This scholarship is awarded to students based on their 10th and 12th performance class. The eligibility criteria is that the students must have scored at least 80% in their 10+ pattern. This scholarship is also awarded at the beginning of the 2nd, 3rd and 4rth year according to the student's previous performance.

Placement: Almost 95% of students placed in the campus placements in computer Science engineering branch. The highest package was the 39LPA and the lowest was 2.5LPA and on the average the package will be 5LPA. Top recruiting companies are the TCS and Accenture, Amazon, Wipro. Many students got the internship.
Faculty: Teacchers of my college is well experienced and well qulified.Teachers and staff members help a lot during the exams. They help with extra classes and group study. They organise the programs regarding the syllabus.
Hostel: Hostels are on campus and security is also provided. Rooms in hostels are furnished and meals are available. The quality of the food is good here. Placement: The placement cell facilitates recruitment from companies such as Wipro, Infosys, and TCS, among others. While there are also non-teaching companies, the salary package can range from 4 to 11 LPA, depending on one's skill set.
Infrastructure: Our college had a canteen, medical staff, sports, and games for students. There was no Wi-Fi in classrooms for students. Classrooms and library were in good condition. Hostels were not allowed for diploma students.
Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified, supportive, and knowledgeable, ensuring excellent teaching quality. The curriculum is industry relevant, preparing students effective.
Hostel: Hostel facility are good along with mess services .big rooms are ther in which two to three people reside there.Fans electricity are available along with washroom and drinking water.
Overall: It is important that the colleges have very good infrastructure with advanced technology. The infrastructure of a college plays a vital role in the development of the college as the students are now focusing on the labs, class rooms, etc while selecting a college.
Placement: The placement rate is high. Students start getting placed in the second year; 20% are placed in the first month of the second year. Godrej, L&T, and Impact Guru are just a few of the companies that come for on-campus drives.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is brilliant. Our college provides us with all facilities. There are big classrooms, neat and clean washrooms, Library, labs for practicel, green environments etc.
Faculty: The faculty at this college are very supportive and helpful, with each member well-qualified and a master in their field of specialization.they all have well experienced
Hostel: The hostel service is good, and there is a separate hostel in our college for girls and boys. The hostel facilities are good and affordable, not so costly, but still good and affordable
Overall: Hi, being a graduate of this university, I can give a clear picture of Manipal University. To be honest, this university is really good in all the major aspects such as rankings, placements, academics, diversity, and so on. This university has people from all around the world. You will get to learn a lot from them. Their culture, language, dress, tradition, food, everything is different and they all unite in one place to learn from others. I had a friend from Nigeria and I used to talk to her a lot about how things are in her country. Then my south Indian friends used to take me to restaurants and we used to explore the south Indian menu. My experience has been really great in terms of placemnets and friends.
Infrastructure: Manipal University is built across an area of 313 acres and it has a lot of amenities for the students. Some of the facilities include an auditorium, ATM, computer lab, and so on.
Faculty: Mnaipal University is amogst those universties that focuses on the holistic development of a student and in this process, the faculty member will help you a lot. There are so many things that you can explore after your classes to learn. There are several number of organisations that are being run by the students and you can be a part of any club of your interest. You can go for guitar learning classes, music club, dance club, and so many option.
