Manipal University Application Process 2025
Manipal University's application procedure begins in December and ends in April each year. Every course has its own set of selection and eligibility criteria. There are also seats earmarked for NRIs and overseas students that they can only fill. All admissions are made on the basis of merit. Each applicant's candidacy is evaluated based on their performance on the admission exam. MET, NEET, JEE Mains, Department Test, and other exams are taken into account by Manipal University. Only online applications are accepted. After submitting their application, the candidate must pay Rs. 600 application fee.
- Apply Online: Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria for the respective programmes must visit the official admissions page of Manipal University @manipal.edu/mu/admission. Next, they are required to click on the “Apply Now” tab in the centre of the home page and fill out the application form by entering their name, email address, mobile number, educational qualifications, work experience, etc.
- Pay the Application Fee: Candidates must pay a registration fee of Rs 600 (for all courses) and Entrance Test fee of Rs 1400 (for selected courses only).
- Submit the Required Documents: It is mandatory for candidates applying for UG and PG programmes to submit all the required documents like marksheets, certificates, and scores obtained in entrance exams (JEE Main/ GATE/ NEET UG/ NEET PG/ CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT).
- Attend the Personal Interview: After this, candidates have to attend the personal interview process.
- Document Verification: After the seat allotment process, the document verification for Manipal University Admission will begin for shortlisted candidates.
