NID Seat Intake and Reservation Policy: NID offers both B.Des and M.Des programs. The selection of students for these two is done via the NID DAT 2025 merit list that is created based on the NID DAT 2025 results. The NID DAT 2025 is further divided into two stages: DAT Prelims and DAT Mains. ​The NIFT 2026 application correction window will remain open from January 12 to January 14, 2026, where applicants can modify, update, or edit certain fields on their submitted application in online mode. Candidates may use the NIFT application correction window option if they mistakenly or hurriedly entered any incorrect or inappropriate information on the NIFT 2026 application form. The application process began on December 8, 2025, and will continue till January 6, 2026, with regular fee, and from January 7 to January 10, 2026, with a late fee of INR 5,000. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on February 8, 2026.
