Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre, Thrissur, formerly known as NCERC, is a private engineering college founded in 2002 in Thrissur, India. Students can pursue degree programs in Business & Management, Computing & Analytics, and Engineering & Technology at the college.

  • The NSS specialized cell unit 209, NCERC, had organized an orientation program. The Session was handled by Mr. Sherin S, ASAP trainer. The session was very interactive and had lots of lessons. The Session had several activities that helped the volunteers to improve their leadership quality and boosted their self-confidence. There was an adequate response from their side, thus making the Session very valuable. The trainer also made them realize how an NSS volunteer should be.

  • For pursuing a B.Tech course, candidates must score 10+2 with Science from a recognized board. Admission is based on scores obtained in KEAM Main exams.
  • For pursuing an M.Tech course, candidates must score 10+2 with Science from a recognized board. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Admission is based on scores obtained in GATE Main exams.
  • For the B.Sc course, 10+2 in any stream from a recognized board. Candidates appearing for the 12th exam can also apply for Merit secured in the qualifying exam from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Overall: Academics is excellent here. All the faculties are very professional with higher experience in teaching and educational background. Maximum of them are Phd holders . Very helpful faculties who give insights knowledge which are helpful during placement.

Placement: In our course, out of 300 students, 240 students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Federal Bank, ABFRL, South Indian Bank, ITC, Nestle, etc., visit our campus. Top roles offered are manager, assistant manager, marketing executive, business development executive, merchant analyst, etc.

Infrastructure: Great campus,it's filled with greenery,also u have three canteens to access..on which one is cafeteria.also a library and basketball court sports room and a decent size ground also

Faculty: teachers are friendly. The course curriculum is easy to learn because teachers follow activity-based learning. Everyone can learn more from them...and there are mostly young staffs too
