Internships help provide relevant and valuable work experience-while you are at a management institute-by learning the ropes from more experienced professionals in the field. At the end of an internship, PGDM students usually have relevant experience to help themfigure out if starting their career in the field of their internship is the best possible choice for them. It also helps that many of the internships result in a full time job offer.
