The placement cell of Miranda House serves as the primary portal of interaction between the various companies and the students. The cell has a systematic placement process in place. The Miranda House placement cell has also recently collaborated with many prestigious companies like DE Shaw, ZS Associates, Matchbox Pictures, ICICI, Outlook, Oberoi Group ABP News, Thomson Reuters, and Urban Company. Miranda House follows a 5-step process for successful placements of students. Below we explain the Miranda House placement process:
Step 1: Pre-placement Talk
The placement cell conducts a session with the prospective students before starting the entire placement activities. It briefs students about the details and other important attributes of the process at Miranda House.
Step 2: Submission of CVs
Students are required to submit their CVs to the placement coordinators. They check the CVs and suggest any improvements if needed.
Step 3: Group Discussions and Online Tests
The Miranda House placement cell conducts group discussions with students to train them for their actual interview processes. It also conducts online tests to check the aptitude and other abilities of students.
Step 4: Interview
The prospective recruiters conduct the interviews of students.
Step 5: Job Offers
The selected students are passed on their job offers either directly or through the placement cell.

As of now, the official reports of Miranda House placement for 2021 is available. During the 2021 placement, 104 students were placed. The Miranda House highest package was Rs 19.2 lakh per annum. The average package on the other hand was Rs 6 lakh per annum. There was a rise of 10% in the highest CTC offered to the UG students as compared to the previous year's placements. For the Miranda House placement package for PG students, there was a rise of 11%. Moreover, the highest package for the PG students was Rs 8 lakh and the average package was Rs 5.3 lakh. 16 students were placed from the PG batches as per the Miranda House placement cell report.
