Overall The Neotia University (TNU) is a private institution located in Kolkata. Established by the Ambuja Neotia Group vide the West Bengal State Government Act of 2014, it is recognised and enlisted by the University Grants Commission (UGC). TNU offers a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes in various disciplines of Arts, Sciences, and Commerce. The university also extends a one-year PG Diploma in Psychological Counselling & Guidance. TNU also provides merit-based and need-based scholarships to deserving students across various courses. Additionally, the university offers numerous job and internship opportunities to students.

Placement Our college has tied up with top companies for placements, such as IHCL, The Oberoi Group, ITC, Marriott, Accor, Jumeirah, The Park Group, JLL, etc. Our college offers to take the opportunity for an internship in different hotels like Oberoi, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt etc.

Infrastructure Everything is very well managed, including the canteen and games but the food served in the hostel can be better. Our college has a big library where many kinds of books are available, and also there is are Wi-Fi-sufficient labs, etc.

Faculty In the Neotia University there are highly qualified faculty members with great skill Sets knowledge, experience, and great teaching process. The learning materials they provide are really very helpful and enriched with information and can be helpful for further preparations for M.Phil NET etc.

Hostel Hostel facilities were good. There are fooding, lodging along with laundary facilities. Fees: 35,000/- year (in 2020) 2 seater rooms. Meal quality are poor. During admission one can avail hostel facilities

Placement Placement is very good . Last year many company like Macleod,cipla, and other out of West Bengal companies are came and select students . Now this year also some company like pulse pharmaceutical and appolo pharmacy is coming

Faculty All faculty are great . The way they teach to us is amazing and great to have them . They are very cooperative and their efforts help us to reach our goal

Hostel There are three hostel is available and 2 of them for boys and other one for girls . Now many more hostel are building for students. Food ,water , bathroom all are good

Overall My native place is Midnapore, even though I selected Kolkata for my future academics. I have chosen TNU because it is the only university in India, which offers B Pharm. The environment is superb and discipline, which suits the scholars to learn as well as rejoice with peers in common rooms, cafeteria and sports ground. The crowd is excellent. The college is isolated, I. e. , it is off from the city noise, which is one of the plus points because there is no disturbance from outside, which helps to have a proper study. Our college is situated in a remote area, and still, there are proper transportation facilities.

Placement The Neotia University is a modern, prosperous, and innovative University with an excellent reputation for preparing students to succeed in their chosen careers. I am a 4th-year Mechanical engineering student here and can assure you that the college offers a modern supportive learning environment for local as well as international students

Infrastructure The hostel space is extremely clean and spacious. There are always security guards at the doorway, so it is difficult for someone to enter or exit. We need to do the entry in the registers. The food provided in the canteen is tasty and healthy. I am a hosteller, and I feel homely and safe inside the campus. I am a vegetarian, and I never faced any issues regarding food. I always had proper food. Canteen members store the food for them. It is not easy to enter or exit the campus. There are security protocols that have to be followed.

Faculty After taking admission, I was upset due to language communication. I don't know the Bengali language. However, our Bengali professor cooperated with me very well. They repeated the same portion in English till I understand. Faculty members and the course curriculum are excellent. Experts from the industry and academics design the course curriculum. There is a lot of support from various faculty members and seniors from other departments. TNU has an industry tie-up with Phi-Robotics PVT LTD. Industry experts visit the TNU campus frequently to provide informative lectures, seminars and workshops. I attended many workshops, and it helped me a lot in developing my skills and knowledge.
