University of Kashmir Overview

University of Kashmir Admission: CUET UG 2024 will be conducted by the NTA from May 15 to May 21. Before that, CUET PG 2024 will be held from March 11 to March 28. 

The University of Kashmir has been ranked 58 under the overall category of NIRF Ranking 2023. The Kashmir University NIRF score in the overall category was 50.77. Moreover, n the university category, the University of Kashmir's ranking is 33 with a score of 53.08. Kashmir University is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an 'A' grade. The university has several affiliated colleges and institutes located in different parts of the state.

Kashmir University Cut Off 2023

The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the CUET UG 2023 results on July 15. Kashmir University has announced merit lists for undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate and diploma, and integrated programmes. The merit lists are created based on the candidate's performance in the university's entrance exam. After the Kashmir University entrance exam results are announced, the university merit list is released to shortlist students for admission to various programmes. The names of the applicants who have been selected for counselling are included in the Kashmir University merit lists 2023. Kashmir University Results 2023

The University of Kashmir releases the result in two ways, one being the result of admission status for different courses and the other being the result of exams conducted by the university. Kashmir University CUET Syllabus

NTA CUET 2023 will be one of the most competitive undergraduate entrance examinations. Aside from that, you will need to focus on your board preparations while preparing for CUET. Overall: Overall experience was average. I have got some very good friends. Some teachers who motivate us even infrastructure was really nice. Hostel was also good.

Placement: Not every student of this institute gets placement. Only less numbers of student gets placed like 30%. BUT IF YOU WORK HARD SURELY YOU'LL GET THE PLACEMENT

Infrastructure: If I talk about infrastructure, the buildings are creatively made.Arena for sports was available.Libraries are available.WI services are available.Yeah , this institute infrastructure wise is good

Faculty: Faculties of this institute are really helping in nature and supportive at the same time. They are well qualified and motivates the students to do well in all the areas

The BA LLB cut off for the year 2023 is not released yet. The Central University of Kashmir cut off 2022 for BA LLB course was 85.87 (general), 82.41 (EWS), 74.30 (OBC), 72.77 (SC), 68.66 (ST) and 62.76 for SN (GBL). The Central University of Kashmir accepts CUET UG scores for admission in the BA LLB programme. 

BA LLB is a five years integrated programme offered by the Department of Law, Central University of Kashmir. The annual fees for BA LLB course at the university is Rs 23,350. The minimum eligibility criteria for admission in Class 12 from a recognised board and a valid score in CUET UG.

Kashmir University UG admissions shall begin anytime soon. The university has released the application form for B.Tech, M.Tech, Diploma, Certification and PG programmes. Hence, it is expected that the application form of KU shall be released shortly. The university offers admissions based on CUET scores. So, if you want to get admission to the undergraduate programmes then you must have a valid CUET scorecard for admission. The University of Kashmir also offers admission through distance learning and the registration for DLE has started.

For example, a student can apply for revaluation when they get 39 marks or above in the examination where the minimum passing marks are 54. Candidates shall note that the minimum passing marks may vary subject to the type, duration and curriculum of the course. 

 

When will the University of Kashmir admission open?

The Kashmir University admission 2023-24 has begun for several courses. Candidates who are interested in PhD, PG, Certificate or Diploma programme can check their eligibility and apply for the courses at the earliest as the seat intake of each course is limited. If any candidate is found ineligible during any phase of admission, the application of such candidate shall be rejected by the admission authorities.
