NIRF Overall Ranking 2025: The Ministry of Education has officially confirmed NIRF Ranking 2025 release date. The National Institutional Ranking Framework 2025 list will be released on September 4, 2025, on the official website nirfindia.org. NIRF ranking 2025 will cover various categories, including overall, universities, engineering, management, medical, and more.
This year will be the tenth edition of the rankings, which have become a trusted source for students and parents to evaluate the performance of educational institutes across India. In 2024, the NIRF rankings were released on August 12, 2025. Approximately 10,885 institutes participated in NIRF 2024 rankings. In the overall category of NIRF rankings, IIT Madras was ranked first, followed by IISc Bengaluru, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and IIT Kanpur.
