CCMN Seat Allotment 2024: Dates, Link, Steps to Check, Seat Acceptance Process

CCMN Seat Allotment 2024: The CCMN counselling 2024 will commence in the first week of June 2024. Candidates who are qualified in IIT JAM 2024 and could not manage to secure admission in IIT, can register for the CCMN 2024 counselling process. Students who take part in the counselling process and upload the required documents are eligible for the seat allotment. The seat allotment of CCMN 2024 will be published in the last week of June 2024. 

CCMN stands for Centralised Counselling for the MSc programme. The CCMN seat allotment is conducted for students who have already cleared the IIT JAM exam and want to get admission to NITs. CCMN 2024 Seat Allotment Procedure

The CCMN 2024 seat allotment process will be done in 3 rounds once CCMN 2024 cutoff list is announced. If a candidate is allotted the seat, the candidate will be required to submit the counselling fee. Candidates will be able to submit the fee via the ICICI bank EazyPay. 

To confirm a seat through CCMN 2024 list, the candidate will need to pay a 30,000 rs fee amount (10,000 for SC/ ST) rupees. After that, they can download the provisional admission letter.

CCMN 2024 Seat Acceptance Process

Check the steps below to know the CCMN seat allotment process for 2024:

Accept and Freeze: The first step is to choose "Accept and Freeze". The applicant will be required to accept the offered seat in the counselling.

Accept with Upgrade: By choosing the second step "Accept with Upgrade", the applicant accepts the offered seat. The candidate would like to upgrade to his/ her higher preferences in the subsequent rounds (if any).

Reject and Quit: This step includes if the candidate wants to reject the IIT JAM seat allotment and would not like to continue in the IIT JAM  admission process. 

Applying for Courses: Candidates can apply for admission into one or more courses in the final step.
