Online Form Filling –

• After opening the official website of Chhattisgarh Vyapam, the candidates must click on the link that indicates (PAT 2019). The link will be in the Hindi language.
• A new page will open, and the candidates must click on some options to activate the online application form.
• The candidates must confirm the nationality status, domicile status and subjects studied in Class 12,
• After giving the above details, CG PAT 2019 online application form will be activated.
• Now, the candidates must fill the Basic Information now.
• The basic information includes candidate’s personal details, contact information, exam centre selection and declaration.
• Upload the scanned version of Passport Size photograph. The image size should be 40-50 kb.
• Finally, enter the verification code and submit the application form.

Application Fee Payment

• After submitting the online application form for CG PAT 2019, the candidates must pay the application fee.
• The application fee must be paid in online mode through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking.

Printout of Application Form

• After the application fee payment, CG PAT 2019 filled-in application form will be displayed.
• Take the printout of the CG PAT 2019 application form.
• Preserve the printout of application form for future reference.

CG PAT 2019 admit card will be released on May 24, 2019, just six days before the exam date. CG PAT applicants must download the admit card through the Chhattisgarh Vyapam website. The candidates must note that they need to check the official website on May 24, 2019, to download the admit card. The admit card of CG PAT 2019 will have some important details such as personal details of candidates, name of the exam centre, address of the exam venue, roll number, group (science/ agriculture), date and time of the exam. The candidates must take the printout of CG PAT 2019 admit card and carry it to the exam centre on the day of the exam. CG PAT Admit Card 2019 will have important instructions, and the candidates must read the instructions carefully to download the admit card.

CG PAT 2019 Results

CG PAT 2019 results are expected in the last week of June 2019. The exam will be conducted on May 30, 2019, and the results of the same will be announced within 30 days after the completion of the exam.
