Documents Required to Fill SBI PO Application Form 2023
Candidates should make sure that they possess the necessary documents required to fill the SBI PO 2023 application form . The list of mandatorily required documents is given below. Without these documents, the SBI PO 2023 Application form will not be accepted. Candidates are also advised to go through the SBI PO 2023 Eligibility Criteria before filling the application form. SBI PO Registration
The first step to fill the SBI PO Application Form is to register for the SBI PO 2023 exam. Candidates can register for SBI PO 2023 by following the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Go to the SBI official website at sbi.co.in.
Step 2: Click on the 'Join SBI' link and select 'Roles @ SBI' from the drop-down menu:
Step 3: Select the Probationary Officer Role and click the 'Apply Now' button:
Step 4: A registration form for the SBI PO 2023 exam appears on the screen.
Step 5: Complete the SBI PO 2023 registration procedure by providing all of the information requested on the registration form.
Step 6: Press the 'Submit' button.
Step 7: After successfully submitting the SBI PO 2023 registration form, the candidate will receive login details such as User ID and Password on the registered Email ID.
SBI PO Information Uploading Process 2023
In this part, candidates need to provide all the relevant information related to their academic qualifications and Work Experience. This is a simple step. The page for Education qualifications and work experience contains just two widgets. Follow the steps given below to proceed with the same:
- Fill in the details about your graduation, indicating the name of the University, CGPA/ Percentage secured, Degree Number, etc. carefully.
- Below this, candidates need to provide the information regarding their Class 12 including Board, name of the School and Marks obtained.
- Similarly, the candidates need to fill in the details about class 10.
- The other section on the same page is about the work experience.
- Candidates, who have working experience, need to fill in this section. They need to start from their current employer. The details which are to be filled include the name of the employer, designation, date of joining and nature of duties. If a candidate has worked with more than one firm, he/she needs to click on the add button and repeat the same process again.
- Candidates, who do not have any prior experience, can leave this section.
SBI PO 2023 Documents to be Uploaded
After one is done with the SBI PO registration Process, the next step is “Uploading of the Documents”. The list of documents which are to be uploaded includes Scanned Passport Size Photograph of the candidate; Scanned Signature of the candidate; Scanned Left Hand Thumb Impression and Hand Written Declaration in the prescribed format. Candidates have to follow these steps to complete this process successfully.
- Upload a JPEG-formatted scanned image of a passport-size photo (size-20 to 50 kb) and signature (10 to 20 kb) by clicking on the upload button available for each specifically.
- Dimensions: The photo must be 200 × 300 pixels in size, and the signature must be 140 x 60 pixels in size.
- To upload an image, select the appropriate file and click Open. Then, click Submit to proceed to the form completing and fee payment window.
SBI PO 2023 Application Fee Payment
SBI PO Application will be considered until and unless you pay the required fee. This is the last and final step to complete the SBI application process. The Application fee payment can be done in the online as well as in the offline mode. In the offline mode, a challan has to be made in the SBI nearby branch and needs to be submitted. However, the online mode is more preferable and convenient. The online fee payment can be done through debit card, credit card, UPI or Net Banking. Candidates are advised to follow the given steps to make the SBI PO Application fee:
- SBI PO Application Fee can only be paid with a credit/debit card or through SBI Online Net Banking or any other bank's net banking. The application fee for different categories is as follows:

- After entering the information, click the Submit Button. A receipt will be generated once the fee has been successfully paid.
- Candidates should print and preserve a copy of the receipt as evidence of the payment for future reference.
Confirmation of SBI PO Registration
- After registering successfully, a candidate will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that the fee payment was successful. It is recommended that you save the document and print a copy for future reference.
- Because it is for the candidate's reference, the document does not need to be returned to the appropriate authority.
Transaction Failed
- It is recommended that you restart the payment procedure from the saved page and complete the final payment.
- If such errors continue, contact the exam authorities. The money will be returned to you within 3 to 7 working days.
Forgot SBI PO Registration ID or Password
If a user forgets his or her SBI PO 2023 Password or Registration ID, he or she can return to the confirmation email and retrieve it. You can alternatively go to the official website and follow the steps outlined below to retrieve your password or registration ID:
- Go to the website and select the Careers tab.
- Then click on Apply Online.
- Then click the Forgot Password link.
- Enter the email address you used to register.
- A new email will be sent to that email address with instructions on how to change your password.
Important Instructions
- Candidates must ensure that they fulfill the prescribed SBI PO Eligibility.
- Aspirants are advised to take a printout of their system generated online Application Form after submitting the SBI PO 2023 Application Form.
- Aspirants are advised in their own interest to apply online well before the closing date.
- It is completely the applicant’s responsibility to fill the SBI Application before time. They themselves will be responsible if anyhow, they miss the deadline or are unable to submit the application form because of the 11th hour submission.
- An applicant is allowed to submit only 1 SBI PO 2023 Application form.
- In the case of more than one application being filled by a single candidate, only the last valid (completed) application will be retained, and the application fee/ intimation charges paid for the other registrations will stand cancelled and are non refundable.
- Multiple attendance/ appearance by a candidate in the examination will result in rejection/cancellation of candidature.
