ICSE Class 10 Chemistry Question Paper Pattern 2026
The Chemistry paper will be conducted for 80 marks. You will find a bunch of different types of questions included in the question paper for Chemistry. Check out the updated question paper pattern below:
- The Chemistry theory paper will be conducted for 80 marks, with 20 marks allotted for the internal assessment.
- The duration of the paper is 2 hours, with 15 minutes given to read the question paper.
- The question paper is divided into two sections: Section A and Section B.
- It is compulsory to attempt Section A. Section A is for 40 marks with two questions. Question 1 consists of 15 MCQs, each worth 1 mark, and Question 2 has 5 subparts, each worth 5 marks, for a total of 25 marks.
- Section B is also for 40 marks, in which you are only required to answer four questions. Each question carries 10 marks.
