The eligibility criteria that the LL. B aspirants need to satisfy in order to pursue the course from Kurukshetra University are as follows:

1. Candidates must have passed a Bachelors or a Masters degree (2 Years Course) in any discipline from a recognized university.

2. The minimum aggregate required in the qualifying degree is 45%.

3. Relaxation is offered to the SC/ST candidates and they can apply with at least an aggregate of 42.75% marks.

4. One year Diploma or Degree courses such as M.Ed, D.P.Ed., B.Lib. Sc., B.Ed. and many more will be not considered as equivalent to the Bachelor’s degree.

5. Applicants who have acquired a 10+2 level certificate or Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree through an open school/ university directly with no basic qualification for pursuing such studies will not be considered eligible for pursuing an LL. B programme.
