1. Candidates must have passed a Bachelors or a Masters degree (2 Years Course) in any discipline from a recognized university.

2. The minimum aggregate required in the qualifying degree is 45%.

3. Relaxation is offered to the SC/ST candidates and they can apply with at least an aggregate of 42.75% marks.

4. One year Diploma or Degree courses such as M.Ed , D.P.Ed., B.Lib. Sc. , B.Ed. and many more will be not considered as equivalent to the Bachelor’s degree.
