Documents Required for NCHMCT JEE 2020 Counselling

NCHMCT JEE 2023 Counselling: NCHMCT JEE Counselling is expected to start in the month of June/July 2023. Candidates who will clear the NCHMCT JEE 2023 exam are eligible to participate in the counselling round. NCHMCT JEE Counselling will start after the result declaration. Candidates have to visit the official website of NCHMCT JEE to register for the NCHMCT JEE 2023 Counselling. The counselling process of NCHMCT JEE comprises registration, option filling, locking of choices and seat allotment. A total of 78 participating colleges will provide admissions based on the performance of the candidate in the NCHMCT JEE 2023.

Candidates who are going for the counselling round will have to carry some of the required documents as decided by the conducting body. Documents Required for NCHMCT JEE Counselling

Here is the list of all the documents required for NCHMCT JEE Counselling. Candidates are advised to carry the original copy as well as photocopies of all the documents while going through the document verification process.

  • Class 10th & 12th Mark sheet

  • Birth Certificate

  • NCHMCT JEE 2022 Scorecard

  • Class 10th and 12th Passing Certificate

  • Medical Certificate

  • NCHMCT JEE 2023 Admit Card

Step Wise NCHMCT JEE Counselling Process 2023

The NCHMCT JEE Counselling Process 2023 will be commencing shortly after the declaration of the results of the exam. The counselling process will be held in the following steps -

  • The NCHMCT JEE counselling process began with online registration.
  • It will be followed by Choice Filling by the qualified candidate for the desired college he/she wants to get admission into.
  • The applicant has to confirm his/her preferences by locking the choice of college he/she made.
  • The seat Allotment process will be followed by the board after the last date of choice locking is over.
  • The candidate has to pay the respective fees for the college he has been allotted to.
  • The candidate has to report to the college he has been allotted in the NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2023 with the seat allotment letter to complete his admission process.

Step Wise NCHMCT JEE Counselling Process

It should be noted that once the seat allotment process is completed, candidates will have to report to the college to lock their seat. Besides this, they will have to pay an amount of INR 40,000( (INR 2,000 (counselling fee) + INR 38000 (part of the first-semester fee)) through the HDFC payment gateway available on the website. The exam for NCHMCT JEE 2022 was conducted on 18th June 2022. The selected applicants can register for the counselling process on the official website soon after the NCHMCT 2022 results are declared. Is 600 a good score in NCHMCT?

NCHMCT examination is for 800 marks, Candidates scoring less than 550 are less likely to get good colleges whereas the score between 600 to 700 is considered average and 730 is considered good. To get into leading hotel management colleges candidates need to score more than 760+.
