NCHMCT JEE 2026 Seat Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Reimbursement for the first-semester tuition paid by the prospective student is available. However, they will not be refunded for the INR 2,000 they paid for NCHMCT JEE counselling. The tuition fee will be repaid via a Demand Draft (DD) drawn out in the candidate's name within 45 days of the commencement of the academic session. This DD will be sent via Speed Post to the student's registered home, which is the address provided on the NCHMCT JEE 2026 application form.   • who, after being awarded seats through the first and second rounds of counselling for NCHMCT JEE 2026, showed up at the chosen institute; however, they did not show up for regular sessions or spot rounds.

  • Those who reported to the approved institution attended classes and were given seats in the first or second counselling rounds are qualified for this reimbursement. In this situation, just the INR 6,500 Caution Money would be returned.
