NCHMCT JEE 2019 Counselling Process

NTA will conduct three rounds of NCHM JEE 2019 counselling solely on merit basis for admissions to over 8,000 seats. The counselling process involves registration, choice filling, and locking, seat allotment. Candidates who qualify in the entrance exam will become eligible to participate in the NCHMCT JEE 2019 counselling. A total of 58 participating institutes will offer admissions based on the candidates’ performance in NCHMCT JEE 2019.

Qualified candidates will have to register on the official website of NCHMCT and pay the counselling fee to proceed. Candidates participating in the counselling rounds must note that the NCHMCT JEE 2019 counselling depends on the availability of seats. The seat allotment is done on the basis of All India Rank and choices locked by the candidates.

The counselling session for NCHMCT JEE 2019 begins in the 4th week of May 2019 after the declaration of the NCHMCT JEE 2019 result on 15th May 2019. The counselling schedule will be declared along with the declaration of result.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling Procedure 2019

To participate in the counselling procedure of NCHMCT JEE 2019, candidates can follow the steps given below:

Registration for NCHMCT JEE Counselling:

To participate in the counselling procedure, qualified candidates will have to register themselves on the official website. Registration is the first step to proceed in the counselling process.

Choice Filling and Choice Locking for NCHMCT JEE Counselling:

The next step of the counselling process involves choice filling of colleges. This is necessary for the seat allotment of the candidates.

Seat Allotment Result for NCHMCT JEE Counselling:

Once choice filling and locking of the colleges is done, the authority will release the result of seat allotment. Candidates can view the seat allotment by logging into their account.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling Fee Payment:

For seat allotment purposes, candidates will have to pay the counselling fee in online mode. Candidates failing to make the payment in a stipulated time will not be allotted seats.

Reporting to Allotted College:

Once the seat allotment process is done, candidates will have to report at their respective allotted college. At the time of reporting, the candidates will have to pay Rs.57,500/- (Rs.1000/- counselling fee + Rs.56500/- 1st-semester fee) via RTGS/e-challan payment with State Bank of India.

Note: Candidates’ verification of the documents will take place in the allotted college only.

NCHMCT JEE 2019 Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  • The 100% fee refund is permitted only those candidates, who were not allotted seat during first, second and spot rounds. Also for, those, who were allotted seat during round one or two of counselling procedure but withdraw as per the schedule.

  • The full fees refunded except the counselling fee of Rs.1,000.

  • The part refunds of the total fee are allowed (except counselling fee of Rs.1,000), only those candidates, who were allocated seat in first, second and spot rounds, but can not withdraw and not reported at the allotted institution.

  • Also for, those, who have been allocated seat via first, second and spot rounds of counselling of NCHMCT JEE 2019, reported to the allotted institute, but did not attend class as well as cancelled their seat online.

Documents Required For NCHMCT JEE 2019 Counselling

To participate in NCHMCT JEE 2019 counselling, qualified candidates will have to carry the following documents:

  • NCHMCT JEE 2019 Admit Card

  • Class 10th and 12th Mark sheet

  • Birth Certificate

  • NCHMCT JEE 2019 Scorecard

  • Class 10th and 12th Passing Certificate

  • Disability Certificate

  • Medical Certificate

  • Category Certificate

  • Photo ID Proof
