IIM Bodh Gaya offers admission to a full-time PG programme, Master of Business Administration (MBA) on the basis of CAT scores. Any student with at least 50% marks in graduation is eligible to apply for admission. IIM Bodh Gaya admission process comprises a few steps that should be followed by the candidates to secure admission to the MBA programme. Aspiring students can go through the selection process for admission 2022 in detail below.
IIM Bodh Gaya MBA selection process includes three major steps, CAT exam, shortlisting candidates for personal interview (PI) and preparing the final merit list based on students' performance in CAT, PI score and profile score.
The institute will publish the IIM Bodh Gaya CAT cutoff 2022 to shortlist the applicants for the next round of admission. The applicants must qualify for the cutoff and then the IIM Bodh Gaya admission committee will decide the total number of students to be called for PI.
In 2022, the general category students with an overall 93 percentile, EWS and NC-OBC with 74 percentile, SC students with 54 percentile, and ST and PwD students with 40 percentile CAT score were selected for the PI round.
The selected students after PI have to fill out the profile rating online form with the required data and upload the supporting documents with the form. The candidates who have scored more than or equal to the minimum performance requirement (MPR) in the PI, and successfully filled out the profile rating online form will be considered for the IIM Bodh Gaya merit list. MPR may be equal to the score obtained by the 20th percentile in the PI process. Students should note that this MPR is not exact. The exact MPR is finalised at the time of final result preparation by the admission committee of IIM Bodh Gaya based on the actual pool of candidates.

The IPM programme is specially designed for students who wish to attain UG and PG degrees together. Students seeking admission to IIMBG IPM need to appear for JIPMAT and fulfil the set eligibility criteria. Students appearing for Class 12 can also apply for IIM Bodh Gaya IPM admission. Admission is given on the basis of valid scores secured by the candidate on the entrance test.
IIMBG admission procedure for Integrated Programme in Management starts with the registration for the JIPMAT entrance examination by the applicants. The students can fill out the application form at jipmat.nta.ac.in/. The scores obtained in the exam will form the basis of preparation for the IIMBG IPM merit list. The admission offer will be made to the eligible students. They can accept or withdraw the admission offer as per their choice. IIM Bodh Gaya PhD programme aims to admit candidates with exceptional educational backgrounds who wish to pursue a career in the field of research. To be eligible for admission, a candidate should have a master’s degree in any discipline with 60% marks. Students with professional qualifications such as CA, CS, and ICWA with 60% marks and Four-year bachelor’s degree holders in engineering with at least 65% or equivalent are also eligible for admission to IIMBG PhD admission. The selection is made on the basis of performance in the entrance test and PI.
Students need to begin the admission process for PhD admission by registering for CAT/GATE/GRE/GMAT/ or JRF. Those who have already qualified for these entrance examinations after the specific date mentioned by the institute are eligible to apply for the application. The candidates are then shortlisted on the basis of their academic record and performance in the entrance examination. A PI round is conducted for the selected candidates and a merit list is prepared based on the PI and Research Aptitude, academic qualification and relevant work experience. The selected students can accept the IIMBG PhD admission offer by paying the commitment fee of Rs 30,000.
