The CMAT cut off is the minimum score, rank or percentile that a candidate must have secured in the CMAT exam in any given year, as required by the candidate’s desired institution. The CMAT cut-off is released individually by each college accepting the test, which is determined by considering several factors including the number of seats in a college, the number of students passing the test and many more.
As per the current guidelines, the responsibility of releasing the minimum cut-off for CMAT is kept with the individual university and college accepting the entrance exam for admission purposes. Therefore, check the minimum CMAT cut-offs previously posted by the college in order to set a minimum score that you should get to enrol in your desired institution.
The CMAT cut-off required will be dependent on your chosen college. Some colleges provide admission 50 to 50 percentile in CMAT while for others a 95+ percentile will be required. After the results have been declared, each college will publish the list of the minimum CMAT cut-off required to enrol in any specific MBA programme offered by the institution.
