Overall My journey through the B.Des Fashion Design program at LPU has been incredibly enriching and creatively stimulating. The university provides an excellent platform for aspiring designers, focusing on both artistic development and industry readiness. The admission process was clear, with eligibility typically requiring a creative aptitude test (like LPUNEST for design) and a good academic record. LPU also offers various scholarships, including those based on design entrance exam scores and merit, making quality design education more accessible. They also facilitate education loan options through banking partners. LPU truly serves as a launchpad for a successful career in the dynamic fashion world.

Placement LPU's placement cell for Fashion Design students works diligently to open doors to various segments of the fashion industry. They facilitate internships and placement opportunities with design houses, retail brands, and export houses. The university organizes portfolio review sessions, mock interviews, and workshops on market trends, which are crucial for a successful entry into the industry. Eligibility for placements often involves a strong portfolio and academic performance. Many of our seniors have secured roles as designers, merchandisers, and stylists, demonstrating the effectiveness of the placement support.

The mess offers a variety of food options, ensuring students receive nutritious meals. With comprehensive security measures and supportive hostel staff, it truly provides a worry-free environment, which is essential when deadlines for design projects are looming.

Overall LPU has a great learning environment with modern infrastructure, helpful faculty, and strong placement support. Its a place where you can grow, explore, and build a successful future.

Infrastructure infrastructures of the college is so good, There is big classrooms with digital board for easily understandings, sports facilitite and ground is also available, library, hostels, medical facilites are alos availbale.

Faculty The head of our department has done his Masters and is an assistant professor as well. The other staff members and teachers are experienced with some having a M.Phil. degree. This signifies that our staff and faculty are very experienced in their fields.

Hostel This college doest provide any type of hostel serbvice but there is ph near college which most of student stay so it will be better if you are from tjis city.

Placement Placements are good in each department. Top rated comapanies came here to hire college's Students. Placemens percentage of the college is also very good, almost 90% students got placed in each and every years.

Infrastructure They provides all the basic facilities to the students as well as the faculty members. Some facilities that College offers are Library, Hostel facilities, Laboratory, Transportation, Canteen, etc

Faculty Teachers are very good. They are well-educated. All teachers are very hard-working and helpful. The teaching quality is good. Some teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, but some are not perfect.

Hostel Hostels were average. The food quality was better. There were no unique facilities in the hostels. Medical facilities were available 24X7 with a charge of Rs 500 every time.

Overall This college is very big and beautiful. The faculties of this college are awesome. The food of canteen is good. The security system of this college is also good. College provide all the amenties like gymnasium, boys' and girls' hostels, laboratories, a sports complex, transportation services, banking services, a full-fledged library, a canteen and other amenities are available to students.

Placement The training and placement cell ensures that top and multinational companies recognize the students’ potential and hire them at the reputed designation.

Infrastructure College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Our classroom have all the facilities like projectors, Wi-Fi, Library Facility, and smart classes are available in this institute

Faculty They provide you with the best of the best faculty some of the teachers their are alumni of the college itself who have served in army and now wanted to build people like them .

Hostel a table, steel almirah, warm water in winter season , water cooler for drinking water in summers . Meals are provided 4 times, Breakfast, Lunch, evening snacks and dinner. There's a special meal every Sunday.

Overall Our department prides itself on modern infrastructure, featuring spacious classrooms and well-equipped labs. Despite some challenges in the computer lab, the library stands out as a repository of knowledge. However, hostel facilities require enhancements to ensure student comfort and well-being, while medical facilities remain readily accessible.

Overall Opting for this course was driven by its promising career prospects and potential for personal growth. Remain agile in competitive landscape, there's a need to prioritize practical learning and stay abreast of emerging technologies. Despite academic pursuits, the vibrant campus life fosters a sense of community and camaraderie among students.

Overall Lovely Professional University is not just a decent choice among the private universities in India, but it also provides study abroad opportunities. There are many schemes of the university like the international credit transfer program, semester exchange program, and, master’s abroad program which will give you a worthwhile chance to gain international exposure. However, you must qualify the eligibility criteria to avail any of such programs. Now talking about my experience at LPU, in one short, it was truly enriching. I developed socially, academically, as well as intellectually at the university. The faculty is mostly good and the placement training they provide is extensive.

Placement Placement-wise also LPU is good. Not to mention it made headlines recently when Yasir M, one of our senior alumnus bagged a package of Rs 3 crore by a German MNC. Apart from this, the placement training is very good. The average CTC remains around Rs 5 lakh per annum and maximum placements are made in the B.Tech and MBA courses.

Faculty The course curriculum, as well as the teaching methods of LPU, are class apart. They not only aim to provide comprehensive learning but also believe in practical learning. Most of the professors in my department were highly experienced in their fields. They had ample teaching experience and were always ready to help us.

Overall Hello all! I am Karan and I graduated from LPU a year ago. My experience at the university was good. I learnt a lot and give the credit of my confidence to my professors. The teachers at LPU are very friendly and encouraging. They will always encourage you to give your best in not just academics but co-curricular activities as well. LPU provides decent placements in firms like Microsoft, Google, and, Amazon, to name a few. The hostels at LPU have world-class amenities. One of the best features as per me was that LPU promotes start-up ideas of the students and provides seed funding to students if their ideas are well-developed.

Placement The placement training at LPU starts right from the first year. This is a good practice since it helps in slowly building the confidence of the students. Some of themost renowned firms participate in the placement process of LPU. Many of my seniors are presently placed in firms like Google and Microsoft and are earning around Rs 8 lakh per annum.

Infrastructure As many of you would know, LPU is renowned for its world class infrastructure. They do charge a bit costly fees, but they also provide complete value for the money they take. The campus is serene and is spread across 600 acres of land. There are hostels also available on campus for males and females. Moreover, the library is huge and well-resourced. Apart from this we have facilities like fun zone, hospital on campus, ATM, laundry, canteens and dining area, etc.

Faculty The staff and teachers at LPU are really good. They are very understanding and guide us for all our career-related queries. The teachers are well-qualified in their respective subjects and give individual attention to all the students during a lecture. The teachers are punctual with the lectures and our attendance. Some of my teachers were really friendly and I learnt a lot from them.

Hostel LPU provides 100% value for money to its hostellers. The hostel capacity is huge with around 25,000 seats available. The buildings are separate for boys and girls. The dining halls for each of the hostels serve fresh and tasty food. There is an in-house laundry facility which provides washed and ironed clothes at a nominal price. There is a huge indoor stadium for hostellers along with ATM and shopping facilities.

Overall Lovely Professional University which is popularly known as LPU, is one of the most popular private universities in Phagwara, Punjab. The university has its own pros and cons as per my experience. As for the placements, I believe that the placement records are increasing in every consecutive year. The highest CTC for the last year was Rs 3 crore per annum which is huge. The quality of education at the university is decent. You will find a variety of professors, some will be very dedicated while some will be simply ignorant. The campus life is very vibrant. Events and seminars are held from time to time.

Placement LPU placement department is dedicated. They conduct activities like mock interviews, group discussions, aptitude tests, as well as personality development sessions. Many times esteemed speakers are called for guest lectures. The average placement rate is 90% and almost all the students receive placement offers. I also got the chance to pursue an internship at Microsoft during my course which really benefitted me.

Faculty The teachers are extremely helpful in the majority of the cases. They are always willing to lend a helping hand to us. Currently, there are around 4,000 faculty members at the university which is huge. The course curriculum is also relevant, however, some subjects have too much theory and no practical learning.

Hostel Hostels are provided for girls and boys. More than 25,000 hostellers reside on campus and more than 60,000 meals are served each day. Despite the huge quantity of meals prepared, the quality of food is good. The prices are also affordable barring some items which are a bit costly. You can also easily avail of the laundry service of the hostels at nominal prices and ge washed and ironed clothes. There is also a sick room at the hostels.
